First time there for a pedicure yesterday. The guy dug into my big toe mail and clipped and dug till it hurt. I got home and the toe was red deep pain and throbbing at night. Not to mention he was sloppy dressed and unprofessional. He told me to walk with him to the window to see how good the color looked. I said no I can see it perfectly from here. He put his arm around my shoulder and got too close in my face and space. Intrusive and uncomfortable to say the least. If my toe gets infected from unsanitary tools used, this will become a big problem for me being diabetic. Then this will be a big problem for your shop and the owner.

Price was crazy for what I asked for.. and didn’t get what I asked for at all!!! My nails look terrible, spoke to manager who said he would take $10 off next time I came, like why would I be coming back ?!, and was very rude about it just gave me a $10 bill with an attitude because they also didn’t listen after I was given the price for what I wanted I said never mind I’ll just get a regular set, the lady continued to do what originally showed them so I was thinking I would only be paying $40. turned into $65 when i went to pay I was confused how it went from $40 to $65 ( also tried to charge extra saying these were medium length these are nowhere near medium these are SHORT, nowhere near the length of the photo as well) and looks NOTHINGGGG like what I showed , nails are thick, bumpy, the white is all messed up.tips weren’t the right size my real nail is visable as you can see from the photos below . unless your getting something simple I don’t recommend!! They rushed my set as well.. really sad because these were my birthday nails :( lady was also kinda rude, bringing up how my natural nails look, keot talking about the price (as if I couldn’t pay or something) then took pictures of my nails saying it’s the first time she’s done something like this to post them, idk why she would even want to post these, these are nowhere near duck nails they just look like thick frenchies that a beginner did it something and one is crooked I was told ( it’s your finger that’s crooked 🤣) and she did not fix it just said don’t worry I have to file them instead of just redoing that one nail she was clearly lazy and just wanted to rush! Some nails are thicker on one hand, just awful honestly.. I was also going to get a pedi but after the nails I wasn’t wasting anymore money. (1st is what I asked for and showed them) even showed her and left the photo up while she was doing my nails.. SAVE YOUR MONEY unless your getting simple nails 🤣 1/10 ⭐️

They do a better job on my nails compared to other shops in Oconomowoc. However; I called to make an appointment earlier today. When I had arrived they were hesitant even accepting me due to being busy even though I had called hours prior for an appointment and they told me okay. When they did accept me they told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. If you knew someone was coming for a 330 appointment why would you not keep one of your nail techs available? And then while working on my nails the nail tech stops to work on a lady who showed up with 1. No appointment and 2. With 2 extra people and 3. They were all done before I was. And then while I was waiting 2 more girls walked in and they told them 15 minutes. Will not be coming back and that is disappointing.

My friends and I came here this past weekend and had a great experience! We each got a pedicure and manicure and every employee did a great job. We were welcomed when we entered, given drinks, and checked on frequently. I will definitely be returning!

Worst nail shop experience of my life and I've been to soooo many! They cut me and my kid several times and just look at the pics of the gel nails. Seriously rushed and even put the tip of the tube on my bloody cut. Yuck. ? They made me pay before getting painted and now I see why. They won't refund me. Believe the bad reviews and don't go.

As this was my first visit to CQ Nails. At first I'm like wow, super nice people/staff, place was nice. Proceeded to get my pedicure, which was amazing as I chose the 1st one on their list, he did amazing, no problem here. Went over to get my manicure done, had the dip done. He did a good job, loved it. Than the next afternoon I noticed a crack in one of my nails, went the following day to get it fixed, as I had to drive 20 minutes to get there. No biggy, he fixed and I left, by the end of the week I now have 2 nails that the dip is coming off and a crack, and 2 more where it's getting scuffed. It's not even a full week yet. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.
I gave a 2 star bc my pedicure was amazing and my toes still look good, everything else not so much.

Wow that was bad. I called, made an appointment, arrived on time, then sat in a chair for 35 minutes before anyone touched my hands. The man who did my manicure was very very rough - no one has ever contorted my hands the way this man did in order to apply my dip color. It was a painful service that he clearly rushed through and one of my nails is already chipped. I haven’t even been home for an hour.

Absolutely love coming here. Always feel welcomed. I really want to thank them today for convincing me to go with a different color for chrome nails instead of black. The red goes amazingly good with my engagement ring. Just proposed today, thank you for the amazing nails and being ready for the prefect moment.

sorry 3 strikes your out will never go back . i cant even rate it because i got poor service .1 week after getting nails done they started to brake and hurt go back to get fixed and she charges me $$$$$$. like it was my fault .. so long for good
