These guys are awesome!!! I have a very unpredictable work schedule that makes picking a certain plan difficult. Nick and Kasey were flexible and worked with me to make it work. I felt super welcome at this gym. The coaches+ the athletes = a great Xfit family. Highly recommend 👍

I conducted one drop-in class with CrossFit Rohkeus. Every piece of my experience was tremendous. The well-prepared coaches, the excellent size and equipment in the gym, the diverse and friendly athletes; all made for an excellent class. I have dropped in to at least 12 gyms all over the world. This was the best.

I love CrossFit Rohkeus from the coaches, to the workouts, to the friends that I have made. I truly enjoy the workouts, the coaches are great at teaching proper technique and knowing when to push you for the gains that you are working towards. -Sara S
