This Goodwill store has an EXTREME PROBLEM with overly aggressive resellers. These individuals are permitted to LOITER in the store for hours with the management saying or doing nothing!! In fact, a sales clerk was asked about the loitering store policy and her response” what loitering policy?”. Perhaps , NO LOITERING signs need to be posted with the City of Oconomowoc loitering statute.

Prices have gotten okay again, but management is my issue. One of the managers Fred is always super nice to customers and will help out whenever applicable, but the other manager I think his name is Matt is extremely rude, I heard he mistreats certain “special” workers by blaming them for unreal things, and taking away their privileges because of something they cant control. I thought Goodwill was Special needs friendly to workers. Clearly not this one. Hope the higher ups work this out.

Clean, and we'll maintained, young friendly staff, good selection with always new items. You never know what you'll find here! Only bummer is you have to track down staff down if you need to use the changing rooms

Ridiculous prices! As said by many other reviews here. Unreasonable. Other than that would be a pretty good thrift store. Lots of clothing and usually pretty organized. I don't know about the employees they seem to not care very much or not know.Drop off system always works easy and fast.Hours in winter are pretty short.I often end up with nothing because the prices are just too much and I am sorry I would like to at least help somehow so that the store can cover expenses but this is not a good deal ...Lots of parking available. Bathrooms and drinking water available.Would like to see more furniture and bigger stuff.But the most important: adjust those prices and make it a real thrift store and not and expensive store of used products. Only sometimes worth it for certain finds and with half off coloured price tags. Also o often find products with no price at all and go ask on the cashier and they just I've me.any not caring ridiculous price. Happened to me on a backpack o was really needing and wanting and the woman in charge just coldly said, 14.99 because it seems to be a nicer one after not even really looking at it and just guessing and not caring, so I said, ok this is too much I wish it would cost as little as all the other backpacks over here on sale for backpacks around 5. Which was a wonder that it would be a reasonable price. Anyways. Not cool. A bit rude. Same with a keyboard I asked of it would work there wasn't even a cable so it was a luck game if it would and how I would find a cable for it.
