While some parts may be more expensive than online options, the store provides reliable, in-person service. When a customer needed an obscure part, staff looked it up and directed them to another store, showing dedication to customer needs. Overall, NAPA offers friendly assistance and quality support.
Almost, without exception, always have great luck at Napa. As usual, the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had part by 4PM, good news. Bad news, 3 times more expensive than rockauto. Maybe napa treats contract mechanics well but not so much regular Joe. Another brick and mortar that will struggle to survive.....
