“This review is all about Jamie! I called in from California for some help buying a tree for my 2 year old nephew. I told her how I wanted to find something that they could plant at their new house that he could have as his own and would grow with him! When I first called the selections will low and she wanted to be able to provide a wider selection. So we reconnected today so that she could get some more inventory. When we chatted today she came prepared with everything I needed to know about 6 different options! We selected the dwarf lilac and we both think it’s perfect. Jamie took time out of her day(s), to help someone she didn’t even meet! Thank you thank you for all of your help and care! It will be a wonderful gift”
“Yesterday afternoon we visited Eberts Greenhouse Village in Ixonia. What a beautiful day! The sun was shining, the temperature was a sweet 64⁰, and there was a light breeze. We'd not been there before so didn't know what to expect and so were more than delighted to see an abundance of mums in every possible color along with many other fall blooming plants and autumn produce, and pumpkins as far as the eyes could see.”

“As far as Home Depot goes, we like this location. It's a nice/large location. We bought a lot of outdoor plants from here between spring and fall. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location. Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.”
“A shout out to a young gentleman, Jack, who helped me load arborvitaes into my SUV Monday night. Very polite and listened to our suggestions on how to get them in there. He took the one dolly to CS for me as I had to go and unload the car and come back and get the rest. And he just happened to be there when I returned the 2nd time! A great help as my husband couldn't help me. Thank you Jack. That was a fine example of serving the customer!”
