The pharmacy employees are AMAZING! They are always welcoming and supportive. If I need a bit of help looking for a coupon, they are always patient with me!!

I stopped after work to pick up dinner. At the butcher shop I waited my turn and the butcher left while looking at his phone, I tried to call out to him but he disappeared into bakery? I assume he was coming back since ther was about 4 people at the butcher counter. I asked the deli girl if she could help, and she called the butcher. Then I tried calling the store for a manager, No one came to the phone. Horrible customer service. I pass another pick and save in Oconomowoc, I will give them all my business. 5 :30 PM. 8/30/23 (The man at the self check out was nice)

Visiting the Oconomowoc area, and we needed to pick up some groceries. Two markets were recommended by our hotel as being good and in close proximity. The Metro Market, however, was referred to as having better prices. We were very pleased to see the selection of products and, in fact, they have a much better selection than we have near home. All kinds of fruits and vegetables, some of which I never heard of! Tantalizing ready-made dinner options. Plus. everything that was on our groceries list. Prices were competitive, especially if you have their (or Kroger's) frequent shopper card. We didn't. However. I went to Customer Service and was able to get a new card even before my husband stopped browsing the coffee selections. Easy to find, and free parking. We'll visit again before going on to our next stop.

The store and everything are super nice and clean. But I had an experience with customer service that definitely was not good. I was waiting to use the bathroom and employee came out and laughed I didn't think much about it but when I went in the stall there was no toilet paper. So I waited for the next one. The employee didn't say anything. But when I was watching my hands she came and brought toilet paper so she knew and just didn't care to tell anyone.

This used to be my favorite. Been shopping here since it opened, made friends with some of the staff. Lately things have gone downhill there. Yes...I understand staffing issues but when ALL 12 self-checkout lanes are closed and the lines snake in and out of the aisles, I wonder what has happened to management (illogical since 12 families could be checking out vs waiting in line?) AND produce looks shaky (dried up, bruised ...and at the price they charge should be better!) Lastly... Kroger has allowed Spectrum to solicit business and while that ISN'T a big deal, the sales people do not take no for an answer and I feel like I'm being hounded. Icing on the cake? Now they're installing a Starbucks in the produce area even though a BRAND NEW Starbucks is only 50 ft away? Wow Kroger, stupid decision! Buh bye...I'm outta here.

Metro Market belongs to the Kroger family which operates 2,750 grocery retail stores under a variety of banner names in the USA. It was a clean and organized store. It is suggested to have a membership card to take advantage of a lot of their sale pricing. Most of the time I found that something I need is on discount. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very Often, the store is busy, particularly during weekends. It's a nice grocery store with competitive prices. The produce were fresh and large in selection. In Wisconsin, this supermarket has a chain of stores with 100+ stores. Our regular visits here were due to their everyday low prices and fantastic weekly specials, which most customers love. The first Metro Market opened in downtown Milwaukee in 2004 and introduced the urban shopping concept to the city. Since then, Metro Market has grown, each location is unique featuring a mixed fresh grocery selection, a great center store, and expanded fresh and prepared offerings catering to shoppers on the go.

The pharmacists are what make this an excellent pharmacy. They are friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable. All the time. No matter how swamped. It’s a busy place, but they never make you feel rushed or that they want to get back to their work. They are helpful with insurance, and if I’ve ever run out or forgotten a prescription they always accommodate by filling it in a short time. I trust them implicitly and appreciate them greatly. MetroMarket is very lucky to have them.

I was doing an Instacart order with my friend, when the Instacart card given to us would not go through after the online order failed to work. Employee, Dakota took the time to help us and when nothing worked he decided to pay for the $28 order himself, out of his own pocket!!!! The world needs more people like Dakota, and we are very thankful! Dakota deserves a raise and made our experience at Pick N' Save in Oconomowoc the best we ever have had at any Pick N' Save. Thank you Dakota!!!

You would figure that this store would have any and everything that Kroger has to offer since it is a half mile from the distribution center. But this is just an average store for them and leaves you feeling a little let down. This store needs more POP and PIZAZZ.

Due to being on a business trip I was not familiar with the stores layout, and the gentleman manning the scan-n-go area right by the exit was extremely helpful in helping locate what I needed.

Attempted to complete my weekly shopping today at Pick and Save at Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. My daughter and I were so disappointed. The produce department was a total disaster. The bins were all empty and only had small broken up remainders of produce. The fruit selections was a bit better but still subpar. Next we went to the meat area. Again very picked over and a mess. I was looking for a steak for dinner and packages were sloppily wrapped and blood stained. Decided maybe pork-chops for dinner. They only had large family style type packages. I was standing there talking to 2 other customers and we were all asking what was going on? No manager? Did everyone walk off the job? Was the place going out of business? The egg area was almost empty and scattered with boxes of open boxes with broken eggs, the dairy department again was not stocked. Changed my dinner plans to making chili. This is where I ran into my first employee I found that day. I asked this employee what was going on and he said it was a staffing problem here in Oconomowoc. He stated they could not find help that would work the weekend. This truly surprised me because at my husband had just been at Fleet Farm at Pabst Farms in town and they were so busy and beaming with employees. I told this employee that the produce area was a disaster and he said to me " that does not surprise me!" He turned his back to me and walked away.... Needless to say... Not Going Back There Any Time Soon!
