Although I like the selection of food I hate dodging around the stuff. The worst is produce, bakery and floral sections. You can barely fit your cart though. Heaven forbid there’s a person where you need to go. You have no choice but to go a different way or wait. Really need more checkers and keep both self checking open at all times. The deli never has anyone there. I end up moving on. Very frustrating place.

Worst shopping experience ever. Never coming back. For starters most of the deli case with the potato salads and such just looked old. The ham salad was brown not pink.
The meat department we were looking to buy a bunch of pre-made burgers so we can make a quicker dinner tonight. Absolutely not, all the meat was Gray. I really wish I would have taken photos. We found some frozen Burgers but they were twice the price of other Grocers.
Price for price, sliced colby jack cheese, 2-packs for $7 on sale. That's Kroger brand, I could buy three packs from Walmart at the same quality if not better for that price.
We literally took our cart to the service desk, apologized and left.
I will never step foot in your stores again. I'll drive 10 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else.

I will only shop at this store. The staff is great and friendly and very helpfully at finding product. The Pabst farms store has gone down hill. I don't know what has been done management wise but in the last 6 plus months it hasn't been good.

The Wisconsin Ave Metro Market is bright and clean. Staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. Prices, I feel, are probably as affordable as possible.

This grocery store has really gone down hill. They don't have a lot of different foods as they once didn't. Having to go to another grocery store after coming here to get what I need.

We use this location regularly as it is the closest to our house.
Today we placed a pickup order and when I got home I discovered the yogurt they gave us was expired by a few days. I returned to the store and went to customer service and an associate named Shaana (who by name tag was the customer service manager) approached me at the desk. I explained to her that I just did a pickup and the yogurt was expired. Her reply was "okay, do you want to go grab another?" I replied "I don't know where they are, hence why I do a pickup." Her response was to point and say "all the way in the back in dairy."
So I head to dairy and find at least 5 boxes of yogurt that are expired, one over a month expired. I grabbed the very expired yogurt and one replacement and headed back to the desk. I gave Shaana the very expired yogurt and she said she would let the dairy manager know.
I then asked to speak to the store manager as I thought her conduct and attitude was very poor for a customer who had to return in the rain for an expired product. She replied "no, I am not calling the store manager for that, I will let the dairy manager know." Shocked by this answer I insisted and then she stated she was busy with an interview. I then asked how to contact her and she said "call the store." I then asked her to write down the store phone number and her name and you would have thought the world ended. She then walked away after handing me the information requested. God forbid she offer to take my name and have me contacted.
I then proceeded to call the store and speak to a manager and low and behold it went right back to Shaana's phone. She then came back in and asked why I was calling her. I said I asked for a manager and it went to her phone. So then I asked how do I get ahold of the store manager then. She then informed me I had to call in 15 minutes and she will transfer me to the actual store manager. I then left, giving up on her nonsense.
All she had to do was say hi, I'm so sorry, let me have someone run and get you a new one, etc. She made the interaction and my willingness to return to that location a big fat zero!
Last week the five out of seven apples we got on pickup were rotten. We let it go. This is nothing new.
We spent almost $2,000 a month at that store, but no more.
All over expired yogurt and Shaana, who has no business being a manager, especially of customer service.
I'm no "Chad" but I have no time or patience for businesses that operate like this.

Least favorite grocery store. Less selection, self checkouts are bad, staff isn't very friendly or helpful.

So this is a 3 1/2 star place for me. They’ve made some big improvements and it was formally a fairly rundown pick and save that’s been updated to a shiny Metro Market. The produce section is much better than it used to be. They do seem to be a little limited compared to some groceries as far as selection, but everything looked fresh and was well priced. They have a significant number of self checkout lanes. I think that’s a major drawback. That honestly could warrant me dropping this to three star, but the Assistant was very helpful when they came over two or three times to try to help me get my items scanned. Had lots of staff when I was there so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have more assisted lanes open. I’m not good at scanning my own groceries and it’s not necessarily a skill I want to get good at.The liquor selection has improved. They do have a few store pick/private barrel options.

Typically grocery store. More expensive than Wal mart grocery store.
