A client of mine came in today with his SD and was basically harassed by employees about his SD. This dog is trained for medical alert. And this is not their first trained dog. They know what they are doing.
The employee refused entry and even demanded registration papers. There is NO such things. SD do NOT have to be registered or show proof of any credentials in Wisconsin. They do not even have to be vested with identification. This is per the ADA laws. You are allowed to as two questions.
1. Is it a SD?
2. What task is it trained to perform?
Thatās it.
On top of that, this employee said they were a ācertified dog trainerā and know the laws. Dog trainers do not have any recognized governing agency that certify them.
Get your facts straight and employees educated.

Good quality meat and produce. They have a nice bakery that also does custom cakes. They can be on the pricier side for normal grocery shopping but they do run nice sales especially on meat. The liquor department has good variety They gave a small flower department with good quality flowers and a variety of balloons. The staff has always been polite and helpful.

Self checkout lady on 6/19/24 at 8:40pm was glaring like she was annoyed to have me in the store even though I was checking myself out and the store didn't close for another 20 minutes. When calling to speak to a manager I was given an apology after being told it's her job to stand there and supervise. I had a couple jars of baby food for my cat who is 15 and not doing well to try and get him to eat. If you are that miserable person and reading this here is a tip... you never know what people are going through, a smile and have a good day or night goes a long way...Also known as being kind. As the manager stated ITS YOUR JOB TO STAND THERE AND SUPERVISE, I saw another review about the rude self checkout employee my guess its the same person I guess you should get a new job that would make you happy.

Been here multiple times and used the self checkout area every time. Every single time, no exceptions, whoever is working this area is very rude and impatient to an extreme. I donāt think Iāve ever left this store without some rude comment from the employee. Very very rude. Too bad its the closest grocery store I have for quick items.

Friendly store very clean prices are a bit high that all their fruits and vegetables are extremely pricey I know they're fresh but a $1.19 for 1 piece of cucumber is a little HIGH I can go to pick and save and get that same cucumber for 68 cents just saying.
