No need for improvement, everything was excellent. Made the reservation on-line, met with Dean and he got me checked in and showed me to the trailer. I was hooked up and on my way within minutes. The return was easy also. Had a few issues with the U-haul app loading, but again Dean had me checked in quickly. Great location. I will rent from them again.

Struggled with the UHaul app. If it can't find your location, scan the barcode by the front door. Dean had it all lined up and ready to go for pick up. Ive rented from him 8 or 9 times over the years and he's great. UHaul corporate is annoying.

I came to pick up a truck & car trailer from this location. It's a run down location & not all of their U-hauls are parked on their lot. Some are parked at a neiboring lot (an EXTREMELY RUN DOWN apartment building, with no clear arrows marking an entrance & exit). This is where I picked up my 20 foot truck. I followed the marked arrows & wound up hitting an overhang. I would recommend going elsewhere to get your truck or trailer. U-haul has gotten worse & worse service wise, as well. Imo, I'd rent from somewhere else, if you can help it.

Second time renting a trailer from this site. I've seen the other comments about manner etc, and yah, I can see how it could go that way. For me, I enjoy this location - very direct & minimum fuss: if you know what you want and know what you're doing, thing will go quick and smooth and you can get out the door with just what you asked for. Do your homework, plan ahead, and enjoy the respectful transaction. I won't go anywhere else for local UHaul needs. Why only 4/5? Well, some times I actually don't know what I'm doing, and a little insight and experience shared would have helped me out.

We've been to this U haul shop several times.The owner is EXTREMELY helpful.He makes you feel very comfortable asking any questions you have.Best part is, he makes cost efficient recommendations offering solutions based upon your moving/transporting needs. Really a great guy!
