The gal that helped me out (didn’t catch her name, she told me had just recently got back from a trip to Paris) was so sweet and very helpful, explained everything very well. Made my day so much better to be treated so nicely! :)

I have found the staff at the Oconomowoc branch to be very helpful. Rosann went above and beyond and reached out to me after my recent visit about a new savings opportunity.

Not sure what exactly their expectations are at this branch regarding customer service. I called to schedule an appointment with the Bank Manager. I was hung up on by Reza Griggs with no explanation as to why. When I talked with the Bank Manager, she had no remorse to help me understand why they were not able to help me with this situation. The customer service at US Bank has failed. I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years and I would never treat someone the way these folks have.

Horrible experience at this branch. I had called the first part of January to speak with someone about opening a particular business account. The person I need to speak with was not in the office so I left a message. Never received a call back. I called again 7 days later, this time to be told by the branch manager she would be sure someone would reach out to me by Monday. Monday came and went. I finally gave up and went in to the bank wanting to meet with the banker. They only had 1 banker on staff that day for personal and business accounts. Wasn't able to speak with anyone. Scheduled an appointment only to have that person call me one hour before appointment and tell me they aren't the person I need to meet with. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Go to another branch. Avoid this one at all costs.

Terrible bank. Terrible customer service. Asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for almost 1 hour when I finally had to go. Never got to speak to anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

Had the teller coordinator tell me that they have no crisp new bills in the bank. She was just to lazy to go to the safe. Very annoying.

Great customer service, the tellers remember your name, even at times when it's busy (Fridays during lunch/ after work hours) they always make sure acknowledge those waiting to let them know they will be with them in a few minutes. Friendly, fast, and cookies available every Friday lol
