I came to this store after having a terrible experience at the Watertown location. I just want to say Kyle who helped us was absolutely amazing. He was so pleasant to talk with and gave such good information to give you knowledge of what you were getting. He wasn’t pushy he just genuinely wanted to help and it showed. Thank you Kyle for doing what you do and being so great at it!

Luis (not sure if spelling correctly) needs a raise. He has good customer service and brought his own tools to help reset my my phone to factory settings when my screen was broken. No one else could do it. I went there on a day when Luis wasn't there and they called him on his day off. He answered and did his best to help but I eventually had to come back when he was in the store. He then did whatever magic he does to help me with my phone. When anyone else would have given up, he got the job done and was kind and patient through out. Give him a good raise cause that store would be lost without him.

I was in need of a new phone as my previous phone was dropped in a firepit while I was at work. Devin Combs was extremely helpful. After trying to transfer my previous T-Mobile Samsung S23 FE to my Wife's and my account repeatedly (without success), he recommended the S25. After numerous questions and answers, I purchased said phone and he provided the service of setting up and transferring of info between phones. Devinn was very friendly, personable and professional.

Cory at the Oconomowoc location (normally at the Columbus) was absolutely incredible! My phone was a hot mess disaster with the number being wrong etc. He spent well over an hour on undoing the issues and actually Fixing them! Your help and knowledge was greatly appreciated Cory 😁 and you too Brandon!

ZERO stars. Just asked US Cell about an extra $100/line(2)/month that they have been charging us the past three months. We requested a 30 day upgrade while we traveled so we could keep in touch with family. It never worked and better yet, they have decided to charge us for it every month. After a 25 minute phone call and several, "let me talk with my supervisor" and " I'm calculating your per diem", she told me they would credit us back $300+. I said a quick look shows more than $400. She then "talked to my supervisor and he said we will not give any credits because you called after they were paid by your account (auto debit)." It was paid yesterday, by the way, that's when I saw it. We have been with this company for a very long time and this is how they treat us? Go anywhere else and live happy!

Slow internet, every update slows the phone down and makes it glitchy and don't even think about traveling the country it won't work out there. I think I'm going to switch to cricket

12 year customer. I'm pretty sure no one knows what is going on in this store. Our bill has been $220+ with 2 lines for the last few months and have gotten nowhere as far as to how this has occurred. No one has answers or any idea of where to get answers. They are definitely losing a long time customer.
