I had an amazing experience with Isaiah at Verizon Wireless. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I walked away with five free phones on a great deal that truly worked for my family’s needs, something I didn’t think was possible when I first walked in!
He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood all the terms, and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about getting you the best value. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
If you’re thinking about switching or upgrading, ask for Isaiah! You won’t be disappointed.

These guys are commission based and lied through their teeth about the monthly costs. They added a higher level of insurance than i asked for. Double layered my hotspot costs, and lied about the costs of devices we added. We had to talk with customer service business department to adjust everything.

Switched from t mobile only because of the monthly rate I was guaranteed. Now my bill has doubled since last August and waiting for a manager to call me back

Not a Corporate store. The franchise locations do not have the knowledge or training of the corporate locations. The home internet I purchased did work work when I got home. I called support, they were to get everything corrected. This would not have happened at a corporate location

A fantastic experience occurred at this Verizon store! Mila provided exceptional service, he was knowledgeable and patient. He truly went above and beyond to assist with opening four new lines for me and my family, and even helped us get the absolute best prices. Highly recommended asking for Mila if you visit!

I had the great pleasure of working with Milo Stephens at Verizon on getting a new phone. He helped me upgrade to a new phone and found me the best deal and made me comfortable with my new phone. I did run into an issue with transferring information from my old phone to my new phone, so I went back to the store Milo and he helped me with transferring the rest of my information. Unfortunately it took a while (no fault of Milo’s). He stayed with me on a Sunday till the store closed, worked with me and I couldn’t be happier with how it went given the circumstances. Next time I go to the store I’m going out of my way to find and work with this man. He’s a go getter, hard worker, and because of my experience there; Verizon now has my loyalty. 10/10 customer service.
