This is the slowest, least empathetic pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Pharmacist argued with me telling me my dr had not sent in a prescription. I waited all day with acute pain and they blamed my problem on insurance. If you want to feel like your health is important, go somewhere else.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Losing prescriptions, long wait times, no updates on where medication refills are at, miscommunication, etc. I waited for an urgent care prescription for well over 12 hours. Absolutely unbelievable.

This is, WITHOUT A DOUBT, the worst pharmacy to try to get help from. My doctor resists ordering from them because they lose the prescriptions (which has now happened for the 3rd time). The staff are rude and dismissive. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!

My husband picked up my recurring prescription and they forgot to run it through insurance and charged our credit card $817.99 when my co-pay is only $60. I didn't realize what they had done until I checked our credit card transactions the next day. I had to go back to get a refund and the manager had the audacity to say it was our fault for not noticing the astronomical charge when it was picked it up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. They are consistently rude and careless!

Doctor sent in prescription at 9am. By 5pm it still wasn't ready, despite me calling multiple times. When I use the Walgreens in Waukesha, my prescriptions are ready within an hour. This place is the worst.

During the day do not go to this location if you want or need to be in and out. Employee's at check out are very nice but very slowwww. Forget about paying at photo as no one is ever there, and the cosmetic lady is in her own little world. Guy that works 3 shift needs a complete attitude adjustment. I have never encountered a person so rude. He didn't greet me, scanned my items, didn't tell me the total just seemed irritated I was there. Didn't even say anything when I was leaving. He did not say 1 word to me the entire transaction. Super bizarre behavior

Probably the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Every time I go they don't have my prescription ready, even though they call me repeatedly to come pick it up. I even called on the way there to verify they had the prescription ready. They confirmed they did, waited 20 minutes in line for pick up and shocker, they didn't have it ready. If you can go to any other pharmacy I would. Officially switching ASAP.

It isn't possible to give negative star reviews, but this Walgreens deserves just that. The technician in the drive through told me my daughter's prescription, which was requested in person three days prior (because we are well aware of the futility of trying to order it up for same day filling), was put back because we let it sit for seven days. That was a complete lie, as I explained we requested the refill on it just three days ago so her story was impossible. She then changed it up and said that it wasn't ready yet because it needed to be approved by the doctor. I asked the technician why it was taking so long and she said we would need to call the doctor to speed it up. But here is the best part...suspicious of why her story changed, I asked when the request for refill was sent to the doctor. She admitted it was, "Just now!!!" So she would have had me call the doctor's office and harass them about a refill instead of telling the truth that they failed to act upon the request we put in three days prior in a timely manner. Unprofessional! Being accountable for the mistake would have been much more respectable. Instead she was rude, first insinuating that we were responsible for the delay, then insinuating the doctor was to blame. Management needs to clean up this store's act.

They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. They tell you it will be ready at a particular day/time, and you get there and they say they are out. The lines in the drive through are ridiculous, because there is always a problem with everyone's prescriptions. My husband actually gets upset with me if I ask him to pick up a prescription there, because he knows it will be a 45 minute wait, while he witnesses other people having issues with getting theirs filled. Oconomowoc just sent him to Hartland to get our prescription, they don't have it, and the pharmacist at Hartland said Oconomowoc's pharmacy always sends people there without even checking if they have it. Ridiculously horrible customer service.

Every month I have issues. The night pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. The other pharmacist Jake at night is almost always helpful. I have called 6 times this week about a prescription and have not received any help. I've called at all hours of the day. Ridiculous.

If I could give this place 0 stars for a review when it comes to picking up my monthly prescription I would. They constantly call to tell me my prescription is ready and EVERY TIME I pick it up they say they’re out of stock. When they call me to tell me it’s ready, I drive to the store and they always say “we still need to fill it” wait another hour. Literally the worst service. My cat that has 3 brain cells could run this pharmacy better.
