Would give zero if I could. $40 facility charge. I made a huge mistake hooking up for construction purposes. Used next to nothing for power but still incurred $40/month. Totally a scam.

Horrible company I have had nothing but problems w this place and their service and outrageous bills and poor customer service and inability or willingness to work with a single mother on outstanding bill

Too many outages, they can do better. Tonight's outage caused by rain. over two hours to restore. Fail.
