My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs lilian made it easy and hassle free. At times I became discouraged and even wanted to give up, however Mrs lilian wilson reminded me of the final goal and today I'm a trading investor. She helps me make a daily profit of 15%, contact her for a profitable trading and successful withdrawal.

OMG, I couldn't believe the sad reviews. I've had dealings with James on numerous occasions getting problems solved, also making changes to accounts. The staff was always courteous and helpful. They treated my very elderly mother with patience and respect. Need I say more.I wouldn't have second thoughts about requesting help from this bank.

TERRIBLE service. All they did was stall. It took forever to recieve service and when i finally did, it was with a poor attitude. NEVER going to this Wells Fargo again. Just Terrible

Just today I spoke to a "James" who was going to look up some account information for me. During our first conversation he said he would contact his "back office" and see what was going on and/or what could be done given the situation. Nearly 3 hours later I still had not received a call back so I called him again. During that second conversation he just kept repeating what I had originally told him over the phone... 3 times he did this before I stated "you just keep repeating what we had discussed earlier". It literally sounded like he did nothing at all. Even after I mentioned him repeating himself he just kept repeating himself again and would give no explanation. When I asked to talked to someone else he said there was no one else there that could see what he could see. He said he could transfer me to the "phone bank" which was (who he talked to). I said great and then he proceeded to tell me a 1-800 number. Then again started repeating that they are just going to tell me exactly what he told me, so again, not answering my question. I finally had to tell him that I needed to get off the phone because he just kept repeating himself and I couldn't handle it. Then AGAIN he started with my name and talking more. In the end, I literally said you are driving me nuts with the consistent repeating yourself and I have to go and I said good bye and hung up. Very poor customer service skills.

I was trying to get to this bank before it closed to make a withdrawal. I got there 6 minutes before it closed. As I pulled up and got out of my car, a lady walked to the doors and locked them. Both ladies saw me and pretended not to. I finally went to the drive thru and honked my horn for 5 min. Nothing. Then at 1 min after 6, she finally acknowledges me telling me they are closed. I explained that they closed earlier than 6. My smart phones clock isn't wrong, it is set by the internet. She claimed my phone, car, and my sisters phone all had the wrong time and they didn't close until 6 on the dot. Then I find out from another branch that they should have and could have helped me. They were just being lazy.
