My sister and I were driving through Omro today, 9/30/2023. Her check engine light came on. We stopped in this shop. We didn't catch the name of the worker but he was extremely helpful. He ran the diagnostic test on her vehicle, researched the results and gave advice on what to do. He was able to reset the code so that we could make it back home. When asked how much, he wasn't going to charge us anything!!! He was given something for his time and trouble to help us. He was grateful for it. He was very busy and could have turned us away or charged us, but he chose not to. Great business ethics in my opinion. I just had to share our very positive experience with this shop. I will try to give them business in the future.

Back in April I came in to get some work done. Probably simple issue but I'm not sure. I had foot surgery so I wasn't able to work on it myself. After weeks and weeks of calling I constantly got the answer of 2 weeks, later this week, Monday, probably 2 more werk, for sure next Monday to eventually last week "you should just come get it we won't be getting around to it". After 4 months of sitting there with empty broken promises I get told to just come get it because they are never going to work on it.If it were possible I'd give less than 1 star as this has been the literal worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any shop for any vehicle type across the US.I wish I got the comfort of knowing they literally never touched it but idk if that is even true. I've gotten a lot of stories about it never having been touched and someone started working on it and then got fired.So hopefully it's no worse than when I dropped it off but idk if that is true.I could not possibly give a stronger recommendation do never do business with this establishment and I likely will never have someone take that title away.

My son-in-law had similar horrible experience with this business like the other bad reviews had mentioned. One says something else. Another staff says something different. Poor management. Worse customer service. Never does what they say. Liars liars liars! I repeat LIARS! we have proof of my son-in-law calling them over and over again for follow ups for a whole year. I can't believe my son-in-law even gave them many chances this long.

My wife and I bought a cart in Spring 2022 for use at a campground. It ran fine but last week it started to smell like burning plastic. I stopped last week and Bob, the owner, gave me some things to check on the cart.It still smelled like burning plastic and last night it died. Apparently a wire shorted out and fried the motor. I contacted them this morning about 9am. By 11am they had come to the campground and picked it up. By 4pm they had dropped it off with a replacement motor. No charge because it was still under their 6 month warranty. Could not be happy with their service. Thank you Master Carts!

Purchased a golf cart for our special needs child over 2 years ago. When we purchased it they were going to deliver it to us a week later as they had to go through it yet. It got delivered, drove it in the garage, drove it down the driveway and it wouldn't start again. We took it back and the mechanic said that they never got a chance to go over it. They had to order a part for it but we never received a call that it was ready. We were told from the owner that his son threw his list of customer contacts away. Got nothing but attitude on the phone. Then when the owner personally saw my husband in Wild Rose he was very apologetic and said first thing in the spring he will get it to us. My husband called and again got attitude. STILL DO NOT HAVE THE GOLF CART NOR OUR MONEY BACK!!

Outstanding service and communication. They were able to give my golf a set a complete makeover. So much so, that people still don't believe that it's the same golf cart. Here's the list: New tires & wheels, new lights, new seat cover, back flip seat added, axle fixed, top extended cover added and brand new paint job. All at a reasonable cost and time frame. Thanks!
