This place is a short-term care facility for patients going from a hospital setting into a long-term care facility ... Friendly staff and workers ... Place is clean and offers things like laundry for the patients which makes it easier on their families to not have to keep taking soiled clothes home to wash & bring back...

I was a social service intern at this facility for a school year and loved it! The staff are so kind and care so much about the residents and the Omro community. I felt like I was a part of a big family. I'm very thankful for my learning experience here!

I enjoy living here and am so happy! I have lived here for almost 7 years and I don't want to leave anytime soon. I enjoy the other residents and all the employees. Employees are all good to me. They take the best care of me!
