I am missing 3 pieces of mail all I get is that they sent our mail to Milwaukee. So I'm missing 3 bills 3 checks and out 3 stamps and 2 stop payments so far at $30 each. And got my phone almost shut off for payment not made because it wasnt delivered. All mail was put in the box in front of the post office. One piece was from omro to omro so where did that go??? I am furious. Get it together!!!! Tired of the excuses. I suggest not to use the postal system. It's not safe and you cannot count or trust it anymore. 2 pieces were on July 3rd other was July 20th. ?

Get better Omro post office, get WAY better. All of our mail from this entire week was delivered to a different address. Credit card statements, bank statements, graduation cards, plus more. Thankfully I'm signed up for informed delivery, so I know what was supposed to be delivered, and Thankfully the kind family that received all of our mail brought it to us. This happens ALL THE TIME!! AGAIN, GET BETTER OMRO POST OFFICE!!

THE LAZY GUY WHO DELIVERS ON N WEBSTER DAMAGES PACKAGES BY PLACING IN MAILBOX THAT ARE TOO BIG FOR MAILBOX. IF YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FILE COMPLAINT FOR THIS. THEYLL BASICALLY CALL YOU A LIAR CUZ THE CARRIER WILL TAKE PICS FOR 1 DAY BUT THEN IT WILL CONTINUE AFTER THAT CUZ THEY HAVE "PROOF " FOR 1 TIME. Why would I continue to waste my time by contacting them again and again if this wasn't happening? I sure have better things to do.

The employee inside at desk is Rude. Her name is Julie. She is awful. Then you try to get into contact with the postmaster. Good luck with that. I’m going to know reach out to my elected officials.

The mail carrier lied about my package being delivered. Just delivered a slip never the package saying I missed the delivery. Package was never even attempted to be delivered. Went to the post office to talk to the post master (who is never there) got rude service from julie like I always got when I when there to drop off packages. The service has got on so awful I use the Winneconne or Oshkosh post office.

I just had to share that I stopped by this USPS in omro and I was so happy with the personable experience and customer service. Dawn was the woman that helped me. She was so kind and insightful. Nice change of pace from the other post offices I've stopped at.

I called for information on getting a package re-delivered that I thought I had missed the delivery of. The women I spoke with informed my package wasn’t delivered because there was snow blocking the mail box. Hasn’t snowed in 4 days but whatever. The lady was very pompous and condescending. It’s no wonder why the USPS has 15 billion of debt and in financial ruin with that type of customer service!

Wow how rude can 1 person be!! I will NEVER come back here I will happily go to Oshkosh to drop my mail off and I live around the corner. So sad people can hate their job so much.. I have an idea... RETIRE YOU OLD BAG.
