We had Charlotte plan our train trip from Albuquerque to Seattle. She did an excellent job. Her customer service skills were wonderful and as older travelers gave us confidence as she was always available for questions and concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. We look forward to planning our next trip with her.

Straight up awful. Left stranded with conflicting, confusing and dishonest information. No reason to have this service anymore at all. Will be using other roadside services from now.
