I was very pleased at how well everything went and how fast things got done. Amy is a very wonderful person to work with. She made everything at ease and wanted to make sure you knew everything before you left. I definitely would recommend Amy to anyone. She was in no rush to get you out. You can tell she really cares about the clients and their needs. I am lucky to work with Amy and keep going forward with her.

I have been wearing hearing aids since 1999. After I retired, I decided to do my business with Beltone. I would be doing a fair amount if traveling and wanted convenient access to a Beltone business whatever state I was visiting.They are an exceptional business to take care of your hearing needs. Torrey and Amy at the Onalaska, WI office have taken care of me whether it is a scheduled appointment or on an emergency bases.I highly recommend recommend Beltone if you are considering hearing aids or considering a replacement of your existing hearing aids. You will not be disappointed.

This was by far the EASIEST, FASTEST, PAINLESS, AND CHEAPEST experience I've EVER had dealing with someone in the healthcare field...this is my first ever time for getting a hearing aid and I'm completely blown away at how helpful Amy Meyer was...I will recommend her to ANYONE who needs these services...I wish everyone was like her...my hearing aid works great and I'm not saying "Huh?" nearly as much...this has been a life-changing experience and she JUST ABOUT had me in tears because of the sounds I've been missing out on...like the clock ticking in the room we were in...lol

Although I have had some problems with my hearing aids , I have had great service getting the problem solved. When I call to get in to see Torrey in the Wiona, or th Onalaska office, they go out of there way to get me in.

Mark and Amy are so pleasant, helpful, patient and caring. My 86 yo mother needed new aids and they went above and beyond to make her have the right setting for her and ensure she used her aids at 100%. She had to cancel an appt due to a health issue and they sent her a card! Nice touch! Highly recommend!

When I get an "official" looking direct mail piece referring to a vague health issue, I can be sure it's from Betone. "Quick!," it says. "Open me! I'm important! You need to act now!" Beltone BS, I call it.Who authorizes this stuff? Don't you get it? Your cheesy direct mail approach implies that your target audience is gullible, stupid, and ripe for picking. Hardly an appealing approach.Free consultation? Here's one for you. Stop insulting your prospects!At 75, I'm fortunate to retain great auditory acuity. But if the time comes when I need auditory services, you can bet I won't call Beltone - coupons or not. I have to assume that your product matches your marketing standard. And that's Crap!
