I would totally start looking for a new store.. I have the $180.00 geek squad permit, but now ai have a take whatever item to the store. So I have to take my 65in. tv down there for whatever needs to be done.. What shames this store provides.

The geek squad mixed up the hot and cold water in the back of my washing machine. It literally says hot and cold less than 2 in from the end of the connector. Buy your extended warranty it's the only thing that saved us from getting screwed again by this place. You suck!!!

Staff wasn't the most knowledgeable but they were able to access product info readily. Seemed short staffed. In all fairness might have been a result of the holidays. Purchased multiple electronics.

Bought dyson vac. About a year ago. At best buy Onalaska. Was told bring back if a problem and if not able to fix would get a new one at no cost. Had a problem. Wife returned it and was charged 158 dollar's. Was told old unit no longer made spent half hour on phone with best buy. Waste of time. Next step file complaints with wisconsin wisconsin consumer protection.

I needed to get the screen protector on my phone replaced. The employee at the door told me the wait would be at least an hour, but I could schedule an appointment and come back later. She quickly set up the appointment, and when I came back ten minutes before the scheduled time, Brad was ready to help.He looked up my phone number, found the record of the screen protector I bought years ago, and replaced it perfectly in less time than it took me to browse a few aisles. There was no charge for the product or service.Good job, Best Buy! But more importantly, good job, Brad! I have pretty severe anxiety, and Brad made what could have been a stressful and uncomfortable situation for me very easy and painless. This was right after the holidays, and I was so relieved that he only asked me for the information he needed, only gave me the information I needed, and refrained from any small talk or “How was your Christmas” kind of stuff. It really did make my day better.For people who enjoy chatting with strangers in public, it’s good customer service to ask general questions about nice stuff. Brad recognized that I am not one of those people, and gave me the customer service I needed, which is as little talking as possible. Thanks!

Short staffed. Had t wait almost a half hour to get help in the camera area. That's after being on of the first inside the store. Also no hours of operation on the outside of the door. A sign is there but it's blank! The signage in the camera department talks of how well trained the camera people were, little such luck for me! When I finally was offered help, she couldn't find the answers on her not so smart phone, an finally requested help. Another 10 minute wait. A guy came over with a touch of more knowledge, but had to rely on his, not so smart phone. You all advertise knowledgeable camera department employees, maybe management needs to wake up and insure employees are a lot less dependent on phones, and get the knowledge were where it needs to be, in their heads to match the signage bragging they have a clue. I'm 70 years old and can pay $2000 cash, not credit card, not credit, cash. They were really smart on your guys financial program! I'm a professional photographer of 40 years looking to upgrade.Trying to support local businesses, but! That's not the way it's done. Me filling this out should give you all a clue, I care!
