“Shop local. Why? Because when it is family owned, there is a very high standard to compete in this market. I met with Darlene. She was as friendly and knowledgeable as can be regarding what I was looking for in a custom-made carpet. I also met with Scott who came out to my house and did some measurements. And finally, Darrell came out finalize the measurements and in a couple of weeks, I had a custom-made carpet that was more than I asked for and it looks great. It’s separates the great room (Kitchen from living room) And the change is so very subtle and at the same time very welcoming and comfortable.”
