Rude service on Christmas Eve! I called ahead to finding out that they were closing in fourteen minutes and I was only four minutes away, i got to the counter, and said hello from a automatic assisted cart, (knee replacement) i had issues back several months ago trying to get through to the pharmacist. To answer some of my questions, I must have called over thirty times to talked to somebody and nobody ever picked up the phone, and I also had left several messages on their answer machine, which they never called me back, and I was very livid, the service that I entered into this evening on christmas was complete horse crap! I wasn't late picking up this prescription. And I was told that they were accommodating me that I had left a message before in that it was rude, and I said, I just called and talked to you. And they said, well, no, this was before, and I'm like, yes, I tried calling 30 times and I was livid, your service has been terrible with Talking to a pharmacist! They wanted a apology before they gave me my prescription! I said cool, that's great.Thanks a lot! They acted as if they went up and above and beyond to helping me when I made it there before the closing hour! I never said a word other than hello. At the desk and got greeted by the pharmacist and her team members with rudenness!!!! You know I'm going to continue to get my prescriptions there. Just to annoy that pharmacist, even more. This is the kind of horse c*** people have to put up with, just to get medication, is ridiculous. Answer your phones and get back to people for the first time tonight.They called me back when I was calling to check to see if they were actually open! Maybe that's improved a little bit, but I would strongly suggest you don't approach people that are on medications for their pain. Are there other ailments with the way that I was approached tonight?

Before making the trip, I checked the hours listed online to ensure they were open. When I arrived, I noticed a handwritten sign indicating they were closed. What if I needed the medicine or drove a great distance? This is unacceptable customer service.

Went yesterday (Saturday 8/31/24) they were scheduled to be open but instead there was a sign on the roll down security door that had been recently printed saying “sorry we are closed, sorry for the inconvenience”. Well great - just drove two hours (one hour each way) to pick up thyroid medication. No contact phone number given, doesn’t say if it’s permanent, can’t transfer the script and there is no phone number on their website for next level help or answers…. Garbage service, garbage organization and garbage management…

Drove a hour to pick up a prescription. I don’t live here I’m just here for work. Had to clock out and hurry back. I was in line before 1:30…1:30 hit I was told to come back after 2 because it’s lunch time. NOWHERE DOES IT LIST A CLOSED FOR LUNCH ON THE WEBSITE. They couldn’t even take 2 more minutes and grab my prescription. Absolute garbage of a place.

Today’s visit was unusually poor. It has reached the point where every visit is stressful before we arrive because we can almost assume there is going to be a problem. It is a shame that CVS is almost the only game in town with extended hours, and there have been a handful of employees that go above and beyond regularly. We had a partially filled prescription yesterday that they did not finish filling today for some reason, so we had to leave to pick up the kids from school and come back to get it. Upon returning, they had filled an updated prescription that was somehow received for refill a couple weeks early, and the original split prescription had yet to be filled. We stood visibly by the counter waiting to get it filled, and after about 45 minutes we went to the counter to see how things were going. We don’t have the app or text info. When we asked the response was “oh, the prescription’s been done”, and no one had made an effort to tell us. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but it was the last straw and we will be looking elsewhere from now on. There is no way share this grievance in the same way on their website, so I am doing it here.

Text message received " your prescriptions are ready for pickup" arrived at the location in Target of LaCrosse,WI.at 1:29 pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30 until 2. When I came back at 2 the line was 12 people deep with 1 attendant. Wasted 1 hour of my life on this pharmacy. I could go on but .......

It would be great if they ever answered the phone. I understand being understaffed but not answering calls all day long is unacceptable.
