I had a MacBook Air with water damage and Justin fixed it in no time and for a good price. At first I called the Mac guys and they quoted me $600+ and even said I should just get a new laptop. I called Fixitpros and he immediately told me he could fix it and quoted me almost half the price the Mac guys quoted me!

Excellent Repair Expertise, Prices are very reasonable . Justin is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He fixed my phone that was completely damaged and not working due to my dropping it , I had thousands of family videos and non backed up photos ,I was devastated thinking they were lost forever. Justin thoughtfully reassured me he was confident he could fix my phone.My phone is now restored completely and functioning fantastically.Thank You Justin!

I called up FixitPro asking if they could fix my broken iPhone screen. Justin said "absolutely" and told me to come by the next day after he ordered the replacement screen. We exchanged a couple text updates about when we would meet at the store. At the pre-determined time, I arrived at the store. I gave him my broken phone, and within 15 minutes, I had a brand-new screen on my device. It works great and the repair cost me less than it would at an official Apple Store. Recommend!

I brought my hp laptop in with a very broken screen. Justin explained everything he was looking into and i left feeling a little more knowledgeable about electronics. He clearly is passionate about doing his work effectively, efficiently and timely. I believe his customers satisfaction is in big part what drives him. His integrity was refreshing and i’m going back with 2 phones that need repair! (the laptop is just like new)

I had my iPad LCD screen replaced here. Called ahead so the part could be ordered. Brought my iPad in when the part came in and it was fixed in an hour. It looks/works like new. Hope I don’t break another screen but if I do I’m coming back for the repair.

S21 ultra had intermittent Black Screen of death and had a green bar across. I called around and nobody could get my phone back to me in less than a week. he took my call and got me in next day and fixed my phone within an hour. I was very impressed by his customer service and felt like I was dealing with an experienced professional who answered all of my questions and made sure I was well informed while he was doing the repair. was very reasonably priced compared to competition and provided very solid guarantee's on his work. we all know saying about good mechanics being worth there weight in gold, and this guy is worth his wait in Palladium. would recommend to anyone who is having phone troubles and very satisfied as a customer.

Great guy, only took 2 hours to replace my cracked screen! He recommended liquid glass for my phone so I don't crack the screen again. This stuff is amazing, it keeps me from having fingerprints on my screen.I will definitely use his again for any electronics needs that I have .

I brought a friend’s IPhone for a screen repair. We were in and out with a perfectly working screen in under 20 minutes. Definitely cheaper prices than going to the mall and better service.
