Dude, super awesome job!I have a very dirty job, thus my phone gets absolutely rekt!I haven't been able to charge it other than wirelessly for over a year! And that's a very slow charge! Sometimes the cord would work but who wants to wait 8 hours?! Not me! So I got a quote over the phone to replace the port. Came in to fill out the paperwork. The store manager asked to take a look at it.20 mins later she had it up and charging with a cord....fast charging too! For only $20!They could've just taken the $110-$150, but she sat down with it for a little bit and just needed to clean a bunch of gunk out. Eventhough I've tried it, they have those precise tools!Heck yeah, man! Awesome job! 5/5 would recommendAlso, they have champions of norrath on deck! Who doesn't love a good RPG!

Great place to get a variety of new and old games! They have retro consoles in regularly and games are always posted at reasonable prices. I make the hour drive out at least once a year to see what they have before I scour online, always great to support a local business.

I had my switch repaired by gaming generations. I was told that it would be a week. I called the next week to ask about my switch and they said they there were doing tests and that it won’t be done until that day. I didn’t get a call back. I called again the next day and they said it would be done that night. I never got a call that night. I got a call the next day (it’s been 10 days not a week) and told it was ready. The guy asked me if I had a game in there and I was not sure. Then I remembered that I had one of my favorite games in there. When I went to pick it up, I asked about the game and she said that they usually tag the game to the switch. I went to check my switch and it was indeed not in there. The girl didn’t even check to see if it was in the back or not. I had my husband go back in and get the game. Apparently the techs didn’t “tag” my game with my switch because they were working on two switches at the time and they didn’t know which one belong to who. That’s just poor practice. I will probably never go to gaming generations for repairs. Not only did they take forever, but they almost got away with taking my game. Not okay.

I have an outdated phone that isn't even made anymore.. But I hang on to it for VERY sentimental reasons.. And.. To be honest.. Because I'm a VERY ocd.. Anyway They've ALWAYS come through for me in fixing it.. From shattered screens to phone repairs they've saved my " baby" ALOT.. Their techs are AMAZING!!!! I'd give this place a million stars if I could!!?

Came in to see if they could fix my iPhone seems the Face ID stopped working and the Apple Store I took it to just refused to look at it telling me I needed a new screen. These very kind employees took a look at it and had it fixed within minutes, didn’t even make me pay.

Used to do loads of business with them now they are terrible.I've been reselling on ebay etc for a decade and very knowledgeable about how to price things. This was a great place to sell games worth less than $50 because they paid a reasonable price for bulk stuff.Recently they seem to offer about 6 to ten percent of what a game sells for on dk oldies or ebay in the given condition, which just isn't even worth the hassle. I'd rather throw the stuff away than get hosed that bad.

The first time i broke my phone screen on accident my dad and i took it to this place and they fixed it no problem within 3 days and everything was still saved on my phone this most recent time when my screen broke again it took 6 days to fix it and not only that but everything was wiped. It wasn't until i looked at the waiver and noticed that on it it says that gaming generations would not be liable if any data or gallery is wiped. I will not go back to gaming generations again if my screen breaks

They fix phones but won't guarantee parts available before you travel there (even if it's a 4 hour round trip). I even offered to pay over the phone for the services/parts and they said they don't do that and I just needed to come and see if they have my parts the day it needs to be done. I asked if I could pay online, nope. Get with the times - it's 2023! Take credit card over the phone or set up an online way to pay.

10/10. I miss the old arcade they had on La Crosse street. They also had a cool set up for street fighter 4.

I ordered a new screen for my android phone & paid an extra $20 to get it right away. It came in & I drove to there over an hour & half & was told techs didn't have time to do that night but the person did go back & talk to them again after I had told him how far I drove & couldn't come back the next night. They did get it done the same day after a while. Thanks
