We purchased a product at HD in Onalaska. We used the item and we’re not happy with it. When we called the store to see if we could return it, they said absolutely, bring it in. We were still apprehensive, but we brought it in. When we got to the store the young man took the item looked up the purchase, and gave us a refund…. In a world where the burden always falls on the customer, it was refreshing to receive the kind of customer service we did.

Have never had a more horrible work experience and usually I enjoy working (most of the time). Almost left this place on my first day but thankfully am almost done with my 2-week notice. All I can say is wow.. I’m in awe of some of the people in leadership roles. Completely unprofessional and undertrained on handling/talking to coworkers.

Yesterday I went to by lights I have bought before. Normal price is under $30. Yesterday they had several white and one black. They wanted under $30 for white and almost $48 for black. Same light just color different. I put everything back went to Menards Bought almost same light under $30

I had to leave a review- we stopped last night at our Home Depot to get a fire pit & accessories & we were helped by the nicest young men: Leo & Julian. They went above & beyond to help us & we were so impressed by them!!

I shall forewarn you that K-Mart also went out of business when it tried blacking out original prices and charging more. I like my plant but I would liked it alot better at its original price.

We ordered some large appliances (freezer, washer & dryer) to be delivered. We found out some time after placing the order (WE had to call THEM for updates on our order) that the freezer we'd paid for was no longer available. Eventually got our washer delivered but found out the dryer we'd paid for was not available but was on back order. Weeks later our dryer was finally delivered but wasn't installed - I had to go buy the parts to do my own installation. After all the runaround and excuses we will not be spending our money at Home Depot again.

The middle of April our dishwasher broke. I went on May 3rd to Home Depot to order a new one. Well they only had 1 white one in stock and it was the cheapest one they had, but said they could order the nicer one I wanted in white and they would deliver it on May 15th. Sucks to go this long without a dishwasher but I will deal with it.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot usually find the help and the items I need especially loading today however I was locked out of the garden center as it started to rain I was told to take my $350 worth of choices of plants through the front door back not through the entrance no more through the exit door lady said this was in part of a lightning storm I might remind her that her building is grounded and she lives in a faraday cage while she works

The associates in flooring were amazingly helpful. They put in extra effort to help us be able to do it project. They went above and beyond. Thank you Peter (and the other two that helped us) for your hard work!

I only went to the paint section and let me tell you, they saved me so much money. I go to school in La Crosse and was going to be charged $60 to repaint three small patches on the wall in my dorm. I took a paint sample to Home Depot and they color matched it for me. Not only was the man working super helpful, but he helped get me in and out in a timely manner. I spent less than $11 on the small container of paint (which matches perfectly by the way) and a paint brush. Saved myself so much money and hassle. Great store with helpful people.

Very disappointed in my Home Depot delivery of appliances yesterday. The sales guy was great and I got a good deal, but here is how the delivery went: 1. They tromped thru my house with slushy, dirty boots on. We had shoveled, but they walked they the grass. Only one of the 3 stopped and wiped his feet on the rug at the door. 2.
