HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!! After BEST BUY sold me items that did not work and told me to call Geek Squad, I did...had to pay them to schedule an appointment and was told that they would be at my house between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. After they did not come at 7:40, I called. He said he was 30 to 40 minutes away. They then told me they were only coming to handle one of two items. Not only was this TOO LATE to come but they were NOT going to fix all the items that needed to be done. WHAT A JOKE AND RIP OFF!!

There are several things wrong with this business. First it's is very difficult to actually set up an appointment by phone and straight up not possible to reach anyone locally by phone. Second even if you have an appointment you may end up still waiting 30+ minutes while other walk-in customers get helped. Third they fix very little in store. They seem to want to sell a new one or mail off your device for an unknown amount of time. Forth most of the staff I have dealt with there does not seem very knowledgeable. If it's an issue they can fix, it's probably an issue any somewhat able person can do after watching some YouTube videos. Fifth I bought a new computer, and was told I need an appointment to do a data transfer so I wait 2 hours for the earliest appointment. 20 minutes of waiting past my appointment time the guy tells me it may take up to 2 days to complete. Every time I have been in there my problem has not been solved and I have went home frustrated.

Website states they fix any phone purchased anywhere. I have a Google pixel that just needs a screen replaced. They refused stating that they can only work with Apple products. Customer service was rude towards me when I approached her showing the website. This error needs to be fixed, whether they honor what they state online or they remove the incorrect statements. No wonder Best Buy is going out of business.

They have had my watch for almost a month. I called an update last week and they were able to get me connected with the store directly, who told me that they see a new watch is being sent. I called the customer service number today since I have not heard anything and one lady pretty much called me a liar saying I didn’t talk to anyone last week with the update I said, told me if I wanted an update I need to go to the store directly. I said I am not driving 40 minutes round trip to the store just to be told the status of my watch. When I called again, I asked for a manager and got hung up on. I had to use the chat to talk to someone who told me my device is undergoing extended testing which that has been the update since March 22nd and today is April 18th. I am absolutely heated right now. Never ever use Best Buy or geek squad. You can get the same products elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke.

I guess they just don't want my business, or a good portion of the repair market's either. So I walked in and got straight to the point. The clerk was nice enough but here's how the conversation went.Me: "Hi. I forgot to bring the phone but I am just looking for a quote"Her: "Okay, sure what do you need?"Me: "So I have a Google Pixel 3 XL. I need a screen replacement, new glass for the screen, and new glass for the back. Roughly what would that cost?"Her: "... ... We only service iPhones..."Me: "What?... Really?"Her: "Yeah, we don't fix other phones"I have already had some bad experiences with them in the past. For example, they wanted to charge my mom $350 for a simple power supply repair on a Toshiba laptop that I ended up doing myself just paying $6 for the part...

My service man acted professional and polite. Took all health safety and home care precautions. I hate technology so was nice to have him come in and zip zip zip and problem fixed! Would give 5 stars but they are overly pricey.
