Last week, I was in desperate need of new tires. A gentleman I work with, Doug, highly recommended Goodyear in Onalaska. Doug had called ahead and talked to the store manager, Paul and told him I would be coming there that afternoon, and I did. I am beyond impressed with Paul’s integrity and the integrity of this establishment. Paul is kind, friendly and he is a lot of fun.
I got my new tire’s yesterday…yay! I am the first customer to purchase Max Life 2 tires and I 100% love them. They’re quiet and I highly recommend them.
One last thing that is important to me. Paul made sure before he did anything, he discussed it with me first and let me make a decision. He may suggestions and was not pushy at all As a woman, I appreciate that so much. Thank you Paul for such a wonder experience and thank you to all the guys that worked on my car… I will be back. I am hoping my husband and my children will come to Goodyear as well as well. Thank you, Teresa.

I cannot say enough good about this place! Goodyear IN ONALASKA took commendable care of all my vehicles for over 23 years.
Jim Tomlin & his mgr John knew what EXCELLENT customer service entailed, and they hired mechanics accordingly! I ALWAYS felt like a priority and knew I could trust them to do right by me! THAT is hard to find.
When Jim n John opened the Amoco by Bridgeview Plaza, this location went thru several managers, but then a miracle occurred - another such team was found: Jeff Trapnell n Paul Orzechowski.
Perfection seemed to be their ultimate goal! LOVED these guys. Mechanical knowledge n skill, as well as the highest customer service is something I'LL never forget. Especially as a single female (mom), knowing I could trust my transportation to these gentlemen and their team (several of which were there as long as I used their services) was priceless!
Eventually, Jeff dared to RETIRE! 😱😏 But I was thrilled and relieved to learn that PAUL had become the new manager... Wow!
You are VERY unlikely to be disappointed in this team's abilities. I highly recommend these folks hands down for all your car care needs and would trust any referrals made by them!

Been coming here since I moved to La Crosse a few years ago and have always gotten wonderful service. They're very friendly and go above and beyond. My car was making a noise after a particularly bad snowstorm and Paul was kind enough to take a look at it immediately and get the heat shield reattached for me before they even opened for the day. Very appreciative of them and the work they do!

The guys at this tire place, Devin in particular, solved a persistent tire problem for me. I was loosing air only when I would drive out of town. I want to thank them for listening to me and addressing my concerns.
