I have been going to the Great Clips in East Towne Plaza for a few years. the first time by luck I had Khou for my haircut. Since than I ALWAYS make sure I have her. She takes the time to understand what I want and she never rushes through the haircut. The first time in my experience that someone is willing to make the haircut a pleasant and not rushed experience. I end up with a haircut and all the extras(side burns, eye brows, and ears) that leaves me feeling confident in my appearance. I encourage all to give Khou at Great Clips a chance to impress you. I am confident you won't be disappointed.

This is the best place to get your hair cut in the area! Check in is very efficient with the app and staff is super courteous and well prepared for your visit. Very courteous and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are well satisfied with your hair cut.

Emily did a great job with my hair. I have a LOT of thick and course hair, went from shoulder length to around my ears. She talked with me and took the time to understand what i wanted. Very helpful and explained what she was doing and took direction well on what i wanted. Will definitely be coming back for her.

Worst haircut of my life. I have a lot of hair and was asking for a haircut, layers and face framing. My face frame was uneven by an inch at least which was so easy to see. I wish I would've taken more time to look in the mirror but she held it up for a second when I barely had the chance to put my glasses on. A quick glance in the big mirror and she was already at the register, I tipped 10 dollars like I normally do thinking nothing of it till I got home and cried seeing my hair. She chopped it at 2 different very noticeable lengths in the front and didn't blend them down. My hair was shorter then what I wanted, it was over all terrible she barely said a word to me and I couldn't see without my glasses so I thought she was doing what I asked for. If I could give no stars I would.

Hair dressers are food at what they do and the app is a huge selling feature, since I have to go on my lunch hour. Getting my spot in line prior to arriving is a game changer.

Not busy at all, lady rushed to cut my hair as fast as she could. Sat in silence when she grumpily cut. Had to go and fix it when I got home because she blended bang instead of cutting to finger length as requested. And still paid 20 bucks for a 2 dollar cut.

Worst haircut of my life. I asked for half of the top off and got almost all of it cut off and I got soaked by the spray bottle they use and they had to switch my cape thing because it got too wet. Wouldn't suggest going to this one or having the lady with black and pink hair cut your hair.

Fast service, online check-in was super easy and very convenient. Both my son and I went today, we each got a different stylist. We both needed a trim and our undercuts shaved. My son's stylist did a good job trimming it but only gave him an inch wide undercut when previously his undercut was much bigger. My stylist left my hair in my original messy bun to do my undercut and when I got home I had to fix a few spots she missed at my hairline. Otherwise we received very fast and friendly service.
