One of the men stylists with blue hair, had ruined a friend’s hair. It was not straight what so ever or what they had asked for three separate times. Won’t be coming back.

My husband asked for a fade haircut and the stylist butchered his hair. She obviously does NOT know what a fade is. The only hair left is about 2 inches on the top of his head. Everything else is shaved to the skin. She should have asked another stylist to cut it. A total rookie!! Didn’t she learn at beauty school that you should ALWAYS start out with a guard that will cut less hair and ASK the customer if it is short enough??? Once you shave it all OFF it’s too LATE!!

Its Mid.
Tbh, ive never really gone to a chain like this until moving to WI. Ive always gone to barbers. But cant find any that are taking new clients
Anyways, been going to great clips for about 18 months now.
Problem is, its never ever consistent. One person can do a great amazing job, another could just butcher your hair.
I have a rough cowlick in the back that some of the girls are very attentive to. Most tho, are not and just zoom over it. You can tell they're always trying to get you out quick fast in a hurry.
My biggest thing is something ive seen here and at the one on highway 16. Ive been told by more than 2 girls that cut my hair how they just want to go home. Thats something I dont want to hear while you're cutting my hair. I want it to look good, not rushed.
Im writing this in the parking lot. Just got my hair cut (doesnt look great) and the girls were talking about how good they did. She got a 3.9. I dont know what that means, but im assuming its 3.9 people in an hour. Ooooof. Big no no from a customer perspective; confirming my assumption of being rushed.
Overall, if you need a cut and cant get to the barber, this will hold you over. I would recommend an actual barber though.

One of the worst experience ever. I always took my toddler down there and they are really nice and did great job till today!!!!!The lady was really rough towards my kid and she was cutting his hair like she was doing an adult haircut. She used straight trimmer and cut my kid on side of the ear. My kid was started crying but it looks like she did not care at all. I told her that she cannot use straight trimmer without any guard on the 3 year old kids because their skin is soft. She replied that she used it same on every one. When I asked her that can I talk someone in-charge and she said there is no one is there and I can come tomorrow. Rudest and worst service ever received from this location. Please be nice and kind with other kids.

Absolutely worst experience! my grandma took my husband here to get a haircut for his interview tomorrow as a kind gift. My husband has beautiful curls he came home with a chopped up haircut that looks like a 3 year old did it. There was random long pieces in the back of his head around other short hairs! He had to buzz it immediately when he got home. It looked like it was intentionally done horribly. It’s really so disappointing especially considering he has a job interview tomorrow.
