Jake helped me sell my father inlaws home after he passed. Jake was great, he handled everything for me, the whole process could not have been made any easier for me. I would recommend Jake to anyone that needs things to go smoothly, and without any stress. Jake really takes care of everything for you. Id give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Jake was incredible to work with during the sale of my house, going above and beyond by helping maintain the yard and some smaller things due to me not living in the area while it was listed. I will absolutely be recommending him to people I know and encourage anyone reading this to go with Jake to sell your home.

Jake provides top-notch service! During our first time home buying experience, Jake was always available to answer any questions we had and ease our minds when we would get stressed when the process would seem like it was taking longer than it should. Words cannot even describe how grateful we were to have Jake Ramey as our realtor and recommend him to everyone we know! My fiancé and I were relocating cities and with the speed of the housing market, we rarely were able to make an in person showing. Jake was always available for showings or to answer any of our many questions and more than willing to do FaceTime showings for us. With Jake as our realtor, we trusted that we still would get a great feel on the homes via his FaceTime commentary. We simply could not have done the home buying process without Jake! He went above and beyond to make our dream of purchasing our first home a reality!

I met Jake Ramey from viewing a property on Realtor.com. We talked and found we had a mutual acquaintance who was considering selling a property that I was interested in. From that meeting, our adventure began. From various showings he got a sense of what I was looking for in my next home. During this time, he offered to appraise my home. He was diligent in getting me showings for properties I was interested in viewing--one showing was even early on a Sunday morning. Well, from this chance meeting by Realtor.com we developed a great working relationship. The relationship resulted in my purchasing a condo, getting an offer on my home within a couple of days (leading to the sale of it), and receiving an offer on a piece of undeveloped property on a blufftop within a couple of weeks (also, leading to its sale). If you're looking for a realtor who listens, finds properties fitting your desires, works hard to sell your property, is flexible to meet your time schedule for viewing properties, and handles all the paperwork, then Jake Ramey is your realtor!

As a first time home buyer, Jake made the search and process super easy and relaxing. He is very responsive, available for showings same day, and always has an answer to your questions! Even during the chances he is out of town, he will always respond in a timely manner and have others help if needed. I could not recommend Jake more. Especially for new home buyers who are unsure of the process of buying your first home.
