The first and ONLY time I will ever use online pick up. It’s bad enough this store is not the cleanest or best stocked. And always a line at the cutting table and checkouts. But the rudeness I was met with when picking up my order was kind of the last straw. I had come into town (an hour away and on a somewhat small time limit) and couldn’t find what I needed elsewhere so I decided to do a pickup order. I ordered 2 yards of the SAME FABRIC. Gave them an hour and a half while I finished the rest of my errands. Went in to get my order and they hadn’t even looked at it yet AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER!! They weren’t even busy. 2 people in the whole store. And the older lady cutting and bringing my fabric was extremely rude. Said how “this is why you wait for a text” (I don’t even have my cell number in my profile or signed up for texts so I wouldn’t have gotten it anyways) among other things. Couldn’t even see my last name when asked for my proof of identity. I didn’t want to make a scene with people at the register so I just walked out. If you can’t cut a simple 2 yards of fabric in an hour and a half, then maybe there is an issue. Never again. I’ll get my stuff elsewhere.

There was a 60% off on line only so I ordered what I wanted. I placed my order yesterday at 1 pm. It had been 24 hours and hadn’t heard from them so, I called to check on it 5 sec after I hung up with Sharon (who advised that she had 20 orders in que and was hoping to get them done today) I got the alert my order was ready. Yay! Now mind you I had just hung up with Sharon from JoAnns! I get there and bring up my order info and see that they had canceled EVERYTHING but 1 item!!! Why couldn’t Sharon had told me this when I was on the phone with her!!! Why didn’t ANYONE call me to tell me this??I asked the person giving me my order why they had canceled my items his response was “some of these items are still on our truck and haven’t been put out and one of them we just couldn’t find”… This would’ve been nice to know BEFORE I got there!!Super disappointed in them right now.

The staff were so helpful....even suggested a similar fabric that was on sale to substitute for a more expensive one that I had already picked out!

Happy with their flannel selection. However their hours are not correct. They do not open until noon in Sundays. Even though the website says 9am. Wasn’t happy after making that 40min drive.

Online it said that Joanns carried felting material such as wool and felting needles. I couldn't find anything so I asked a worker and she said they don't carry any felting products there. I drove an hour to go there because the website said they had it. Waste of my time. And what was worse is that they didn't have any wheelchairs for handicap and I am in crutches so I had to crutch the entire store.

been coming here for a few months for my supplies & usually an okayy experience; apart from the towering boxes of unstocked merchandise & in general distant, cold atmosphere of course. Seems really given up on tbh. I could see past this however the last time I shopped here I was met with the rudest service I’ve had in a long time from what’d I assume was the manager based off her work uniform (or lack thereof) & missing name tag.I never ask for help but the one time I do she could not have been less helpful. extremely rude, cold, & passive aggressive. Needed help understanding a situation & not even the manager could bother to help as she stated “I’m the cashier” (not her job) if this manager(employee whoever) is any reflection of how this location is being ran theres no surprise it’s collecting so much dust

Lots of fabric to choose from, but prices are a bit on the high side compared to other fabric stores I've been to recently.

I was like a fish out of water. I am a straight middle aged male that has absolutely no business being in a fabric store, but my wife sent me to get Velcro. Easy, right? WRONG! Who knew they have dozens of types of Velcro.Luckily I knew what it was being used for and the kind lady that helped me had all the time in the world to talk me through it and in the end we made the right choice. Success!

Jo Anne's has just gone down hill and us gaining speed. The fabric selection is terrible unless you want polar fleece. If you actually sew garments and not fetish Cosplay, or make baby quilts, this place is almost useless. The quilting fabric wall is all garish and cheap looking. I'm guessing nobody there actually sews. Its a far cry from the 90's fabric stores!

I do enjoy this store. Such a wide variety of materials and crafts plus much more. I can spend hours in there and the staff is very helpful .
