Store is nice, very large, good deals, mostly on clothes. Prices are higher, but usually a sale and their dollar rewards program, makes for better pricing.

The cashiers are great. The managers are useless layabouts who don’t understand where things are or what’s going on. I had a self-pick up online I was looking for and some middle aged guy with an ear piece “politely” pointed me to the end of the checkout line.
I had to show him my phone and walk him through the instructions to prove to him that I knew what I was doing. Even then, he acted as if had insulted him.
More cashiers, less “managers,” please.
The self-checkout kiosks were just an eyesore to legitimize downsizing staff for cost-cutting. Except what happens is that there’s hardly anybody present to answer questions.
I won’t bother here anymore.

Except for the gals in the Sephora cosmetic section, I could not find a single employee out on the floor for literally 15 minutes. Then, when I did, and asked where I could find a bathrobe, I learned they didn't carry any. What's up with that? I was looking forward to shopping in a real store but I'll be returning to shopping online at Amazon, etc. So sad and disappointing.

Always a great place to shop and I seem to get great discounts by just using my Kohl's card. Staff is caring, helpful, and knowledgable. Real value in products purchased there.

Ryan was very pleasant and helpful in making it possible for me to use my Kohl's card without having my card on person. He also waited patiently while I reviewed my emails to find my Kohl's cash email.
