Ok but be careful when they have you sign forms stating that you need financial assistance and unable to pay after an emergency and that the financial portion is ok or be sued years later saying you owe them money

Dr. Benjamin Dilger, is very dismissive and likes to gaslight your medical concern. I've never met such a rude and inconsiderate doctor in my life.! As others said it wouldn't be a surprise if mayo deletes bad reviews they don't like people posting to give the truth.

I find it very disturbing how mayo deleted my previous negative review along with several other dissatisfied victims/patients negative reviews that were on here. Kind of tells you something about mayo and google doesn't it!

Apparently if you are not a "paying patient" they will not take your calls and pass you along to a voice message telling you to call the health department.... So much for the drive through testing... They wont even hear your symtoms which is the alleged reason you cant just drive through... Well played

In about a 1-2 years my face and chest have been completely ruined from a dermatologist trying to help with acne and acne scars. I was worried about go out in public before now I look like my face was burned and stabbed it looks horrid scars and acne everywhere and it's gotten worse since the past year from whatever prescription was given to me.

Lost some faith in this place. My oldest son was perscribed a very controversial drug. Yes he knew the risks, but the symptoms that he was having and reported to a certain dermatologist who offered this prescription the very first time of him walking through the door. They were being denied as symptoms but my son talked to other classmates who took it who felt the same exact feeling and symptoms he was. Now my son has ed, concentration issues, stomach problems, eyesight loss, depression and anxiety. I'm just surprised they still giving people the option of the drug and saying it's safe when it clearly not thousands of documents about it ruining the lives of people . Half the symptoms he was going through were never even brought up. And when he went in for a check up she told him to drink more water even when on his box if he felt any of the symptoms that were mentioned it says stop taking immediately which he ened up doing on his own.

So this morning I gave a 5 star and wow I should have waited. Drove all the way from Tomah, to have my son looked at for 5 mins and cut me off when I tried to explain his medical history ( wasn't seen by his pediatrician) . So nothing solved and a waste of time and money. That pediatrician just wanted to get us in and out as fast as possible. Mad beyond words.

TriCare Prime patients don't use this urgent care. They bill you as a point of service for regular office visit against your deductible that requires a referral vs. an urgent care appointment which is covered without a referral. Save yourself the time on the phone and money and go to Gundersen across the street.

I have going to Mayo for years and I wanted to write a review that wasn't based on a single experience. The facility is always extremely clean and cheery. The dr that I see on a normal basis is fantastic and I have gone to a few other drs who are just as thoughtful and caring. On occasion the people at the front desk can be a bit unpleasant which is unfortunate because otherwise it would have been a five start rating.
