Menards is a store for building, remodeling, and garden needs, offering cheaper prices for projects like houses, barns, and fences. Customers buy everything for their building needs and love the flowers and trees. The Onalaska location is a great location with generally awesome and helpful employees who are super professional, kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. Items can be ordered online with updates on arrival. While the store and garden center can get very busy, and occasional pricing issues occur, customers are never disappointed with the help received.
Not all but a lot of the staff seems to always be unwilling to help and unhappy with their jobs. I believe the whole company could use a rework and relearn how to work with customers.
