Called & told could drop off frame. Not told if someone was there after 1:00. Planned my trip. Got there. Rude lady #1. 2nd lady wouldn't help me or take notes. Not let me drop item to call frame person later. Terrible customer service. Don't set an expectation if not true. That is called a lie.
