Onalaska Chevrolet Service has excellent customer service in an emergency situation. They rebuilt a failed transmission and had the car back on the road Friday morning. The service dept is open on Saturday and helped a dead battery with great customer service skills. The salesman answered all questions and made the car easy. They diagnosed and fixed a check engine light, went over the cause, and fixed a bad tie rod while traveling cross country. An oil change was covered through an extended warranty and they had no further problems after a 350 mile drive to Iowa. They are professional, friendly and courteous, and had a ride home while the work was done. Coupons can be used and cost and how long it will take went over.

Chevy Suburban transmission failed during a cross-country camping trip. Towed to Morrie’s Wednesday afternoon and service dept. had us back on the road at 8:00 Friday morning with a rebuilt transmission. Morrie’s delivered excellent customer service in an ‘emergency’ situation.
