Set up god training there went wel the first half but have been waiting months for them to set up the second half and they have not. I try to call the store and no answer. Contracted customer service and they said they could do nothing contact the store. I would if they would answer. Waste off $200+

Really appreciate that you had the Instinct Duck cat food fully stocked! Also the employee at the register was very nice, asked if I found everything okay and listened to my incoherent rantings about cat food while ringing up my items. Never had a bad experience with employees at the Crossing Meadows Onalaska Wisconsin location!

Petco is now charging you .10 cents for a plastic bag! Wake up people this is just another grab from corporations to keep gouging us. Maybe the wages of upper management need to be cut!!

THIS ONE STAR IS NOT FOR PETCO!! ITS FOR TABYTOWN… If you decide to adopt a cat from petco. Please ask firstly if the cat came from tabytown. Do not get the cat if they came from tabytown, here’s why. I adopted a kitty named mallorie, she was 4months old, couple weeks go by, her belly was full of liquid, thought it was just pregnancy because we have a male cat. But then in the middle of the night she got up and fell instantly over. So I picked her up and she was a noodle, like she was paralyzed for 30 mins. Then her tongue stuck out, she wasn’t moving or anything so we decided to lay a comfortable bed with her fsvorite toys, snacks, flowers, etc because we thought she was dying. Next day she was still alive, rushed to the vet and had to spend $500 for tests. Next day we got a call saying she has FIP. The treatment for FIP is not FDA approved so no one sells the treatment so we will have to buy it from black market or something like that. And either way everyone said it was a 50/50 even after treatment. Treatment is $500-$1,000. So we have to put her down. Reason why I’m writing this is because a lot of my co workers and people I know says they got a cat from them and they either had FIP or they came to pickup a cat and their place was disgusting. Cats barely had food and water, smelt like cat urine. Not s place to get a cat from. Especially if your spending hundreds even thousands. Heartbreaking and will never get a cat from tabytown again. ALSO on my records for Lyla, her mothers name is Bitzy but on tabytowns records (that I had to force to get) lylas moms name is Rosie. And obviously she doesn’t have 2 moms. So their paperwork is all sorts of messed up. Thank you all for reading this. I will report tabytown and hopefully they will change or get shut down.
