I Recommend going somewhere else customer service is bad they had pretty much every bay available at 5 and they close at 6 and they said they didn't have time for a oil change I ended up taking it down the street to another business that had multiple vehicles in line and they accepted taking my vehicle in . Just seems like bad business for turning away customers , just because you want to have a easy last hour before you close .

I had my oil changed and my car inspected. The wait times are always long (2+ hrs) and not getting a complementary wash are my only complaints. Otherwise it was straightforward service. It’s clean, adequate waiting area and I didn’t find anything left dirty or out of place in my car when the service was complete.

Initially the experience I had was very poor. Perhaps it was a bad week or an adjustment period with this new facility but was not planning on doing business anymore with Dahl. However Darby, their GM showed incredible commitment to make things right when he learned of my issues. He personally took responsibility to meet my needs with no further inconvenience in a very timely manner.This action went a long way in a manager taking responsibility with their service and earning continued business.

Dahl saved me big time!! My battery was dead and needed replacement, but everywhere I called said it would be weeks before I could get in. Dahl stayed 30 minutes past closed to get it done for me that night! And they were so nice about it!! So thankful, and I will be going back for services going forward!Service: Battery

Brought in Honda Pilot that was running rough. They misdiagnosed at a tune of 1.2K...were all so proud to tell me how they guaranteed their faulty work after I took it to a local shop who correctly fixed the problem. Don't be so brash in faulty work and arrogant...this family will never recommend Dahl again....thanks P*ter and Ta***...for you less then professional representation of the Dahl family.
