Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff--mostly young, as far as I could see--provide info and assist in finding the right boot for the right person at the right time. Yes, prices seem high, but so is the quality. Worth it.

Have bought from redwing for years along with many of my coworkers. Now the union discount went in half and No one we know buys their boots at redwing anymore. Bought a lot of boots from that store. Gonna miss that place

I bought a pair of boots a year and a half ago with the boas cable laces. They've been a decent pair of boots. However, the service at this store is not good. I went in with a broken cable lace and was told that it would be 7 to 10 days before I could get a new one. So unlike every other pair of boots I couldn't just go to a store and get one. I had to wait then they tried to charge me for it when I came in to get it. It's a lifetime warranty. They told me they would call me back when it got in there. I had to call them and then was told by the manager that I had to wait for a specific employee to be there in order for me to get it and they told me they would call me when he got there and they never did I guess I just feel like $250 should buy me better service than that.

Paul did a great job of asking what I was looking for and then finding me several pairs of shoes to try. I left with a pair I really like. Thank you for the great service.

Fix your address in google maps please. One time I looked a couple months back it was in a random spot in southern la crosse. Now it’s in the parking lot behind the store front.

Caleb was extremely helpful and got me a perfect fit on a beautiful Iron Ranger boot. He offered to order anything we wanted. I would have liked to try on a Blacksmith to compare with the Iron Ranger, and would suggest keeping those in stock as well, but I'm very happy with my purchase and my free pair of Red Wing socks that Caleb threw in!
