There had been a mixup on the website with my order, and the fellow working (ponytail, glasses) got it corrected in not more than five minutes. I’m very appreciative of the courtesy and professionalism, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Drake was one of the worst people in customer service that I have dealt with in years (maybe even my entire life). I would recommend making the trip to the La Crosse Sherwin Williams for your painting needs. If Drake works at both locations, I would recommend going to Winona Sherwin Williams or Home Depot. ?

Walked in the door at 5:01 on a Saturday to grab one more gallon of stain to finish the deck we had been staining all day. I did not get the gentleman's name (one of the managers), but he mixed me my gallon even though I was one minute past closing. Deck is finished. I am very grateful.
