Went to return equipment between classes and waited over an hour for something that takes 2 minutes. Unprofessional staff. Terrible in store service.

I think its dumb to create a reservation online to go and spent 2 min returning service equipment.
The store is waaay to much like those hip crowded cell phone stores like Apple & Verizon.
Remember.... your service is to your customers. You need to keep more people staffed and have a line just for those returning equipment. It's absurd to have to wait in line or make a reservation when it takes 2 min st the longest.
Fix your service plan. I don't care about the looks. Right now my age group is the largest consumers so use the advice for FREE when nothing else in life is free.

I refuse to use the Onalaska WI store. The system they use to “let” customers do business is RUDE as are the people that work there. I want a new phone but not bad enough to deal with This bunch!

These guys sent internet equipment to me, that I had not asked for? So, I was on a robo call for 30 minutes before I talked to a live person in Texas? I called the Wisconsin store.
A week later I drove stuff back to the store and I was told I could not park in front of the store? Oh well. I am not too impressed.

Your employee Ryan was extremely uncooperative and extremely rude to me and my children, is this how you train your employees at spectrum, because if so I’m thinking of switching internet plans to a different company.

If you choose to use spectrum please consider ways to record what you have asked for in store. My roommate and I planed to move and therefore had to transfer addresses as well as remove the TV services (going from 5 people to 2 as college students we could no longer afford TV services). We were met by someone who at the time was extremely kind and assured us we would no longer be charged for TV at the date we moved. Later we were charged as if we had never asked to remove the TV services. After hours on the phone and a denied removal of the charges the two of us were forced to pay a large bill that we tried to avoid a month prior to moving. Spectrum punishes their customers for their employees mistakes. Be cautious and collect ways to protect yourself.

Too long a wait and they should have a express lane I needed a new sim card and had to wait half hr for a two min fix.
Shouldn't need to wait that long.
The bill pay machine is always out of order and have to call ahead for an appointment.
The service was good but you should not have to wait that long.
So if going call and make the appointment and be there 5 minutes early and it would not be bad.but if you stop with no appointment there will be a 10 to 30 min wait
