I gave been having connectivity issues. I took my phone in, a young woman helped me as did the manager. They checked my settings and provided a new SIM card and everything is better! They fast and efficient with positive attitudes. Great service!

Spectrum internet absolutely sucks. We were paying almost $100 a month for internet that was out atleast once a day and working from home I can’t have that. Called and canceled in august. And now find out whoever I talked to never actually put the order in and there shoving a $200 dollar bill down our throat and telling us that we have to pay it it’s our fault we never canceled. Whoever I talked to didn’t leave any notes so it’s our fault then. They can’t help us at all. Spent 2 hours on the phone and a chat to get absolutely no where and basically be told I was stupid and it’s our fault. Customer support absolutely SUCKS! Not only that when we had multiple outages a day I called every time and all they continued to do was assure us they’d do better and gave us a $5 credit on our next $100 bill! $5!?!? What does that do… absolutely ridiculous and all they want is money. We now pay $61 a month for a portable hotspot and internet with a different company whose customer service is Amazing and have absolutely NO problems with our internet. HIGHLY DO NOT SUGGEST SPECTRUM!

My bill keeps going up fast getting ready to look for better prices on my home Internet and phone line on fix income and I talk to them on this all they do is keep raising my bill up its so sad if anyone got idea to fine cheaper Internet and phone line phone please let me know .

After a previous experience at the store for almost 2 hours trying to set up new phones for mobile service we made a 2nd reservation, this time Ryan helped us. Please note, always make a online reservation ~its the only way to go!I would give Ryan 10 gold stars here if I could! He took his time and was very patient with as we had not changed phones for over 5 years so our old phones were no longer supported.He had to use alot of "go arounds" to transfer info & help us with unknown passwords.He never seemed annoyed or hurried . Kudos to Ryan for excellent service !!

Customer service isn’t a goal at Spectrum. They know everyone needs wifi and they don’t care how awful it is to obtain it. You of course can’t just call the store and ask for help, they have it completely automated so as long as you have an hour to talk to a robot you’re good.. if you go to the store you’ll wait in line for an hour or 2 at least. The employees cannot support the number of customers. It’s not wonder the rating is so low.

I had a reservation for 12 to pick up my modem and router, but I got there early so I figured I’d sit for awhile. I thought it would take a while being a Friday afternoon. Checked in at the kiosk at 11:45, and got called up a minute later. Jackie was quick and efficient, and I was out of there before 12!

Store was very busy. Took 1/2 for each customer. 3 people were working. Would have been nice to have an Express lane for quick service to those that didnt need much time. Waited over an hour to exchange a motum.

Been on a three phone calls this week with spectrum and two in store visits. What a mess. I'm a senior citizen recently widowed and I swore that today was the last time I would step foot in the store and I was going to take care Of my mobile phone service and also my cable service. I was the second one in the door and the second one on the sign-in list. Many customers came in after me and after an hour of waiting I finally decided to leave. The people in the waiting area were very upset about the service. there was only one man working there today And usually there are 2 or 3 at least. I went up and politely asked him if he was the only one working today, and he said that he was, but maybe somebody would come in around 1:00 But he wasn't sure. He was taking people out of order (he asked if they had an appt and 2 said no but he took them anyway.I walked out after 11 with 2 other people who had been waiting for that hour. 2 weeks ago I went to the store to cancel everything and was going to try to find a person elsewhere who could help me set up streaming?. Sure enough spectrum talked me into staying with them with some promised promotions. I was angry upset and mad when I left today but I had to laugh when I got home. I got my text message, that tells you you've been signed up on the waiting list. And they also text you when you're ready to be seen. My text said it was my turn at the counter. The time was 1:11 pm. I got there before 10 a.m. So far, in 2 weeks, I spent 5 hrs on phone and 3 hrs in store and have NO ANSWERS and no help! and NO patience left.?

On the plus side, their employee (notice singular) seemed polite. However, store is not being run well. They only had ONE employee working when I showed up. To the employees credit, an employee came off break and told us to use the UPS Store to drop off our modems.I tried to drop off my modem at the store but they other customers had been waiting for 1.5 hours for service so I left. They only had one employee working, the rest were on break. My text notification let me know that I would have had over an hour wait.In summary, the staff seem nice, but management must really suck because they are very understaffed.

I went to the store to return THEIR equipment and it was an absolute joke. 3 guys working: one of them couldn't log in, one was making a career out of breaking down a box and the third guy did manage to help a customer before he went in the back to refill his coffee cup. Meanwhile new customers kept rolling in. I asked if I could just leave the equipment and he said no you'll be charged for it. So I left.

Apparently my internet had a promotional discount on it and they reduced it to half of what it was which nearly DOUBLED my internet bill. As soon as I find another internet provider I’m closing my account with them. This is ridiculous to not even receive notice that my bill would be changing until the bill in question arrived.
