The amount of people standing around in front waiting to get TCG stuff is ridiculous, just let people shop like normal....like every other store?

As of recently, I've overheard one of the workers talk about how easy it is to steal from Target, saying how she steals from there. A maroon haired young lady. One of the times I was there with my little sister, she had claimed this same girl, Riley I believe her name is, has been the one stealing from her own workplace. The fact that whether or not the store is letting her steal, or whatever it's completely inappropriate especially to talk about when there is customers. And I especially don't want that girl to be influencing my LITTLE sister, especially when this day and age teenagers and especially easily influenced by their friends, and I don't want my sister to grow up a thief

Have you tried the Target App to order stuff on-line for pick up? Everything is easy to find and they let you pick an item and then look for Target Circle deals on the specific items. I love that. The customer service person got my stuff right away. I have never had an order messed up and as long as the order is ready you can pick it up anytime. This is the easiest shopping experience out there in my opinion. Thanks Target!

I always have a good experience shopping at Target - merchandise is always "fresh", up to date and displayed beautifully, with lots of choices.........

In stocks and OOS are never updated in a timely fashion. When you are looking for specific items as a consumer and drive to a location because it's indicated in stock and it's not over and over again, it's not a coincidence. This store needs work.

Did a drive up order, got home and 2 bags were missing. Called CS and they said I would have to come back to get the missing bags. Defeats the purpose of the drive up convenience.

Google doesn't seem to post reviews written with 1 star anymore. So let's try yelp. Here is my story. Steve Staub where are you? I hate being the bad guy with reviews. But give credit where credit is due. Give bad feedback where it is due. This nightmare started around January 18, 2023. I just came back from a stem cell transplant. This wipes out the immune system. I noticed the first night my throat was very dry. I ordered a air purifier from Target online to help with the problem. Keep in mind I was barley able to drive, and I didn't know Target procedures. I arrived at Target, and called them. The woman that answered the phone basically cussed me out for not have a drive up app. She was also quite rude when she brought out my air purifier. As if I had inconvenienced her. Steve Staub contacted me, and I informed in I would not be shopping at Target until my immune system came back. Mid June I contacted him to see if he wanted to move forward with Target shopping. He never returned my e-mail. Such great customer service! Steve Staub where are you?

Target ? employees have great skills and exceptional customer service while stores offer a variety of products throughout! They are always shopper friendly, well organized and clean!

I love shopping at Target because they have a great selection of products, the prices are right, and they employ wonderful people. Morgan took care of me today at the service desk. She was kind and very capable. Everything was settled in a very few minutes.
