US Bank has put themselves in Compliance and Regulational risk due to their negligence. Now US Bank is putting themselves at Reputational and Financial risk for not settling this issue appropriately that they have caused due to their negligence. I will continue to share my story until US Bank resolves this issue. The CFPB and OCC will conduct a review and fine of US Banks illegal conduct. US Bank has had this issue previously and this will result in another huge fine. I am just so shocked you are handling this error like this. Please call me to settle this out of court and to end this embarrassing error US Bank has caused. I will see you in arbitration! " In 2023 The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) ordered U.S. Bank to pay nearly $21 million in Fines for illegally keeping out-of-work consumers from accessing unemployment benefits at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. U.S. Bank froze tens of thousands of accounts. However, it failed to provide people a reliable and quick way to regain access. The bank also failed to provide provisional account credits, while investigating potentially unauthorized transfers. Today's order requires U.S. Bank to pay $5.7 million to consumers harmed by its actions and to pay a $15 million penalty. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) separately fined U.S. Bank $15 million. The CFPB and OCC coordinated during their investigations into U.S. Bank's illegal conduct." Thank you

The manager/guy who works here was terribly rude. My husband and I asked a simple question because we needed clarification, and he raised his voice at us. We will definitely not return due to his poor customer service. Do not recommend going here for any banking purposes.

This is hilarious, I went to your branch because I was going to close my account with y'all because you are by far the worst bank I've dealt with. Low and behold both branches shut down today because of "weather". Meanwhile, the entire city goes on business as usual.... I got the real truth from the festival employees, they're short staffed at both locations...closing my account is definitely making sense now. Good riddance

Wanted to make just a depoait it was 3 minutes past the 4pm close time and though 4 employees still there but they would not even come to see what I wanted. Have been bankung with US Bank for over 30 years and each year customer service declines even more. Starting to think a lousy place to bank.

This is the worst banking I've had since 2005. I leased a Toyota truck through a local Toyota dealer with US Bank. I am trying to purchase the truck near lease end. I made a loan Via USAA who dealt directly with US Bank. First, we had problems getting the payoff amount. US Bank requires you to call someone in their leasing department directly to get that figure. I called 3 times and never reached anyone. USAA continued to try and did finally get someone to give them that quote. Then US Bank requires that they send two pieces of paper to my physical address to sign - about odometer and new title info - before they could deal with USAA. They send the paperwork in regular mail which took 6 days and I send it back via next day FedEx. They had to send me another package to sign because the payoff quote had expired. It expired 1 day before they send the letters to me. By the time they got those papers completed, they had to make a lease payoff package for USAA to fill out. USAA paid off the lease last Tuesday. It is now Tuesday, a week later, and I am paying on a new USAA loan ... AND US Bank stlll shows me owing on his lease. When I called their leasing department the lady told me she had no evidence of the payoff and no additional clues. So. per her suggestion. I paid on this month's lease and am rather unsatisfied with US Bank. They show NO concern. When the lady told me US Bank would pay me for the overage if they owed it - I sarcastically asked when? 2023? Then she hung up on me. Unacceptable behaviour as far as I'm concerned but this attitude comes from the CEO.

I wish I had the woman's name that was working today but she was not helpful actually rather short with my daughter and myself regarding opening an account. She was to the point of raising her voice and telling us to open your account online. However, she couldn't find the proper words and her coworker stepped in and explained clearly and in an appropriate voice level. I was not pleased with having a "customer service" person be so short. I was ready to close my accounts. We opened an account elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least, plenty of other financial institutions around.

The staff at this Onalaska-Festival branch have time and time again gone beyond their job descriptions to help me with my elderly mother's financial/banking needs. I managed my late mother's affairs for several years and all matters that occurred were quickly and calmly addressed by the patient staff at this location.
