Worst customer experience I have ever had in my 6+ decades! We are trying to switch companies and they were not helpful at all. We were polite but apparently my son knows more about things as he was a manager with Verizon for 10 years. The Assistant Manager left us at the counter and hid out in a back room while my son made a call to corporate to try and straighten things out. He never came back and hid away like a crying child! He also had a very sketchy worker walking by us as he apparently would walk back and forth from the back room to let the coward lurking in back know we were still there...totally pathetic!
The Manager was off and wouldn't answer our calls nor has he returned them.
Great way to treat new customers!!
Pissed off is an understatement!

They have the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with.... Some of their practices are fraudulent and borderline Criminal... do not... I repeat... do not deal with us cellular... US Cellular still owes me money?.... it's been over 2 months and I doubt I will ever see it.....

All workers were helping people and there was one person waiting when I got there. After 30 minutes a man comes out of the back room and starts checking people in who just walked in the door. You need a better method when there are long waits like this. Ridiculous

Andy at US Cellular in Onalaska is a gem. I had the most terrible day and was feeling stressed. He made the process of setting up my phone so easy and I definitely left in a better mood than when I came in. Give this man a raise and a plaque of some sort please.

Worked with Preston, sold us new phones and 5 lines. When the bill came it was double the amount he promised. US cellular said they wouldn’t do anything about it. Be very careful dealing with them.

My phone kept rebooting - went to US Cellular to switch to a backup phone while the battery got looked at. It was just loose, so brought it back to USC to reactivate. They refused - Leon kept changing excuses: it was too old, not a US Cellular phone, was repaired, unsupported by the network, was locked, etc... none true - it was just on USC network 2 days ago for the past 8 years. He yelled, argued, and criticized me for having prepaid service. When confronted about his customer service, he laughed and said he's a salesman. It had already been an hour, so I said I was cancelling service and asked for Corporate's info. Someone ran up with a SIM card and got my phone on in 2 mins. Seriously, STAY AWAY - go over to the authorized dealer on Losey if you have to. So much for connection. They just lost a 20 year customer.

They sold us a brand new phone charger 2 days ago with a new phone. We got home to find out the phone charger DOES NOT WORK. We went to the store we bought it from and they agreed that it was defective. They then proceeded to tell us they will not accept any returns or refunds without the box/recipient even though they can see it was purchased from them, on our account. They then proceeded to repeat the question over and over and refused to talk or say anything to us other than do you have the box it came in... The only other thing the rep at the store would say is the best they could do was "sell me another one."Worst customer service I've EVER experienced at a U.S. Cellular location. STAY AWAY... You have been warned!

Used to be great, absolute garbage now! While trying to place a 911 emergency call this evening on the south end of La Crosse, WI the service was so poor I got disconnected twice. Reset phone, had a strong signal for a couple minutes and lost it again. I completely believe they are pushing so strong for home internet, and data services, that they are absolutely garbage as a phone provider. Use a different company! If you have an emergency, US CELLULAR may not work for 911 services.

Very deceptive in presenting plan. Poor connections. Dropped calls. Not receiving important texts. Extremely disappointed.
