They sold us a brand new phone charger 2 days ago with a new phone. We got home to find out the phone charger DOES NOT WORK. We went to the store we bought it from and they agreed that it was defective. They then proceeded to tell us they will not accept any returns or refunds without the box/recipient even though they can see it was purchased from them, on our account. They then proceeded to repeat the question over and over and refused to talk or say anything to us other than do you have the box it came in... The only other thing the rep at the store would say is the best they could do was "sell me another one."Worst customer service I've EVER experienced at a U.S. Cellular location. STAY AWAY... You have been warned!

Used to be great, absolute garbage now! While trying to place a 911 emergency call this evening on the south end of La Crosse, WI the service was so poor I got disconnected twice. Reset phone, had a strong signal for a couple minutes and lost it again. I completely believe they are pushing so strong for home internet, and data services, that they are absolutely garbage as a phone provider. Use a different company! If you have an emergency, US CELLULAR may not work for 911 services.

Customer service was wonderful BUT I was told the wrong amount for my bill. I was also told that the assistance program will backdate after specifically asking if it did and it does not.

I don't recommend this store. Every single time I go there something goes wrong. This last time, I went to purchase a smart watch (my first one ever) and I had asked the associate how the LTE works with watches since I work at the hospital and wanted to not have my phone on me. She said it will automatically connect to the network and so on... what she FAILED to mention is that they do not have the ability like a cellphone to obtain network connections in large buildings. So I spent 1 week trying to figure this out on my own, and trouble shooting with tech support for a while, finally someone with tech support had figured it out and told me "hey your LTE works its just not going to work in your building" Not only that when I called the store to tell them this information, they didn't apologize for any inconvenience, and just transferred me right over to customer service.Find a different store, or just order your things online and avoid the human incompetence.

This place is horrible, they couldn't figure out how to do a transaction if I wanted to pay for my phone in full which they messed up, after they fixed it they changed me $200 for (other) and when you call them for simple question they transfer you over to there customer service line which the person you can barely understand every time
