Have been here 4 separate times at 3:05pm and every time is a minimum wait time of 1.5 hours. Also when I was waiting witnessed a Vietnam Veteran come in confused. The front desk man was very smart with the old man to say the least.

WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! They will sell you goods and services that you don't want or need.In September of 2022 my mom (who is retired) visited this store simply to upgrade her iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13. The salesman sent her home with a new iPhone, Apple Watch SE ($215), a 20w charging block ($20), wireless charger ($30), phone case ($45), screen protecter ($45), and a car mount ($30). in addition to that they signed her up for a $25 per month home device protection plan, and an $18 per month device protection plan, AND a Verizon credit card to make the monthly payments!My mother did return the watch 10 days after her visit and they charged her a $50 restocking fee. She stopped in the store multiple times after that to ask why her bill was so much higher than before--It went from $65 per month to $109 per month because all of the monthly garbage they added. They basically blew her off and told her it was all necessary for the new phone.She finally asked me to look into it and I discovered all of this. Her and I went to the store in December of 2023 to explain the situation and demand some restitution. The store manager said there was nothing they could do.Very disappointed in this store and with Verizon. We are shopping for a new wireless carrier.*Update* Was looking closer at the credit card terms and conditions. The card has a 24% interest rate!!!! After my mother walked out of the store, if she made only the minimum payments on the card, it would take 3 years to pay off and an additional $892 in interest!!! The V in Verizon should stand for Vultures.*Update - Jan 15 2024* My mother and I have heard nothing from Verizon or from the owner of this store regarding this 'escalation process'.

If you’re there to just ask questions, the staff is very rude! If you’re there to make a transaction they were very friendly. They refused to answer a 30 second question without having us wait 2 hours in the line.

Super customer service from Marty! Thank you!Marty was there for me in my greatest time of need, after my phone was hacked and I lost a large amount of money due to fraud. He spent a lot of time reassuring me, teaching me the ins and outs, and bringing me great comfort and a sense of security. Thank you for your patience and sharing your expertise in a way I could understand, as I am not at all tech savvy! :)

If there was an option to give 0 stars that would be your score! I just ported 3 numbers from AT&T to Verizon. I placed my entire order, including a trade-in, online while chatting with a sales rep. I initiated a trade in for my old AT&T iPhone 13pro with a trade in promotion of $1000. The $1000 credit was to be applied as a monthly credit to offset the installment charge of my new Verizon iPhone 14pro. I also got an iPhone 14 max which was supposed to be only $5 a month on promotion and an iPhone 13 mini which was supposed to be free on promotion. Later that day, I went to the Verizon store to pick up my new phones. A sales rep there took it upon himself to cancel what I had already done online and re submit everything without my promotions. I assume he wanted credit for a sale he didn't have anything to do with. He made a comment of "oh for some reason your trade in got canceled, so I'm resubmitting it" I asked why would that happen, and he ignored my question and continued to do what he was doing. He then brought up a promotion of a ONE TIME $350 credit for trading in my phone. I was VERY specific in saying I did NOT want that promotion and it wasn't what I signed up for. Again he ignored me. The next day I logged into my Verizon account to review and make sure everything was as it should be. Imagine my surprise when I see my canceled trade in with $1000 promo and a NEW trade in with $350 promotion. I have now spent the better part of the last 2 days talking to numerous reps from Verizon attempting to fix this. I've talked to at least 10 different people. The last person I talked to ASSURED me that this had been corrected. She even sent me a confirmation email stating it was corrected to reflect the $1000 promo. I logged back into my Verizon account and can now see that the $350 trade in promo credit has already been applied to my account. So, it has NOT BEEN FIXED. I can also see that the store rep hasn't even shipped the phone back. I don't know why you allow your employees to change things like this. I had everything submitted exactly the way it should had been. All I needed to do at that store was pick up my phones. This guy has caused so much stress and frustration because of what he did. I have never regretted switching carriers or getting a new phone as much as I do now. I will NEVER trust another employee at this store again. I'm honestly contemplating giving these phones back and saying screw Verizon. Your employees need some lessons in ethical practices. I bet he got a nice commission off me too. He doesn't deserve it. He did absolutely nothing to help me.

Horrible experience. Was told it would be 15-30 minutes of a wait and after 30 minutes still no one had approached us. There were workers standing around not helping anyone. Would not go back to this location.

Waited 2 hours hoping to sign up for Verizon. Only to walk out when people kept walking in and getting helped right away. One couple had an apot for 2pm and weren't helped until 2:45pm.. Horrible customer service!!

This is a terrible place the staff lies about the trade-ins. Then have you call a call center that is not Verizon and they can not help you with anything this place has the worst customer service
