We have used their storage for 3 years. We check on things intermittently and have our things boxed up tightly. Imagine our surprise when we went to move our things over the weekend and the back left corner of one of our units was absolutely infested with mice. Thousands of dollars in things have been destroyed and will need to be disposed of. Fortunately some things are replaceable but other things like family heirlooms are not. When I called to let them know, they didn’t appear to care nor did they let us know if they would be sending over an exterminator. They simply said “well, the people next to you didn’t have a problem.” An “I’m sorry that happened to you, and we will send someone over right away to take a look” would’ve gone a long way. The office manager said they aren’t liable as their insurance only covers the building, not the contents. He also said he would have the landlord call, but that never happened. Unfortunately, I could never recommend them as we have spent $200 a month for 3 years and our possessions are ruined.

Would give 0 Stars if possible.When I went to get a storage unit I asked if there was security cameras the lady looked right at my black boyfriend and said "why are you gonna be doing illegal activities". No I was wondering for the safety of my stuff. Still used their Facilities because it was the only thing with openings at the time. Two months laterTheir auto pay system has a hitch in it when I called to see why the deposit didnt come out my account again the lady was rude n snort and refused to try my payment again . I have since canceled my contact with them and moved out all my belongings. She charged me a full month and wouldn't let me have til the end of the month to get my stuff. Staff are snotty and rude and racist
