I deposited $1,000 cash into my account 5 days ago. It is not in my account. I have called every day and have asked to speak to the manager and am told he is not available. I did get put through to his VM once and left a message 4 days ago with no return call.
I was told by an associate they made a mistake. I have my receipt and can see the money was deposited into someone else’s account. They are now sending me to a 1-800 customer service line and saying they cannot help me. I CANNOT believe the TERRIBLE customer service here. I have been a customer here for 20+ years. CHECK your statements when you make deposits here.

Went back twice in one day to deposit money, the line went out to the door and they only had one teller available. Avoid at all costs.

Been here 3x and nobody is ever able to help. Bankers are always “busy” I sat down with a banker 1x and she told me she would need 30min to open an act for me and had 25min until another person came for there appt? Okay, that was enough time just to look at my ID. Had already filled everything out online.

worst wells fargo i've ever been to. i use wells fargo because it's available in a lot of places but i wouldn't suggest wells fargo if you live near or in Onalaska, as the ATM is almost never working or available.

This place is freaking joke! I have made money transfers with my work paycard for 5 plus years and not once in 3 states and multiple Wells Fargo branches have I had an issue. Then suddenly after a year of doing this at this location every two weeks its suddenly an issue!!! Like come on, and the manager is condescending and the teller looks so out of place like he doesnt even know what hes doing! Luckily I was able to drive 10 minutes across town and that Wellsfargo must hire or train better people because I walked out 5 minutes later without ANY issues... weird.
